    Absolutely useless. The pharmacist is dismissive and lacking knowledge. Lied to me saying "you cant buy this s3 medicine OTC" when you 100% could. Will never return

    I thought the pharmacist was very helpful dealing with my problems and gave me some good advice. Prescriptions were filled very promptly and they had the medications that I needed.

    Worst pharmacy ever. Went here specifically as needed groceries plus needed ibuprofen for autoimmune related pains. After standing watching kids soccor in the cold all morning - Thought here would work out good as its close and would be a bit cheaper been a pharmacy. Kids in tow got the grocerys and called past the pharmacy on the way out to pick up the ibuprofen - 1 packet. They guy asked what other meds I'm on, so I told him (at the start I thought this is good practice) . Then he had to ring my usual pharmacy to check if I was "allowed" to have ibuprofen (by now I'm thinking it's this place for real) . Mean while I personally know it's fine. Any way end of the phone call I don't know what was said but they obviously didint say no, and the guy suggested I go to my usual pharmacy to get them cause he wasint sure ( weetbix box qualification? Even worse service for sure!) Unbelievable and never had this sort of experience before. Frozen grocerys and kids I wasint going to another pharmacy out of the way. Went to the petrol station next door paid 3x the price got what needed no questions. Essentially all this place achived was waste my time and cost me more than it otherwise would have if I just went to the other supermarket all together.

    Tryed all day today to get my inhaler online it say open but all day no answer and also they take 2 to 3 day to full out my meds I need for my health you guys are not looking out for people health you need to start to get more people to help and you need to stop being rude to people that want to take care of there health I have COPD and Asmara and diebetes but yet it take agers to get them so my leavels are very high so impressed that they get away with it these people do not care about our health care

    Very bad service. 7 hours long queue for just to get prescription’s medicine. Atleast Hire some more professionals staff.

    Came in for a repeat. My cousin was told none of her medication is available. "Come back at 1:30pm as we have a queue" Came back at 1:30pm and conveniently there's a sign that says they're closed from 1:30pm to 2:30pm. Waste our time. Avoid!!

    The pharmacist is a very rude really needs to be investigated by the health and disability commission. Very abrupt tone and disappointing quality.

    Incredibly rude service towards my wife for over the counter products that were just out of stock elsewhere. The girl serving just turns to the pharmacist and asks "can she have these?" To which the pharmacist begins a blunt rude line of questioning in to why she was buying nose drops and kids nurofen... I understand making sure people are buying correct things for correct use but they could have at least been polite in asking...

    Two male staff were very rude and belittling to a pregnant lady who was only asking for a script that was faxed through to the pharmacy via her midwife. They refused to even listen to her but instead thought asking her stupid questions that she did not know(as she was not a dr) to make her feel dumb was the better option. Very disappointing and disgusting witnessing that. I wont be going back there if they think its ok to treat people like that.
