“Great and friendly staff-members there, quick services, and, disable access as well!:)))”
“Highly recommend checking this place out. Violina looked after me. Each appointment has always been a positive. Violina had a genuine understanding to my concerns, explaining everything and reassuring me to make each visit as nice as possible, her work has been amazing even picking up on things my previous dentist missed. Her attention to detail and getting everything perfect for me really made this the best dental experience I have ever had. Also affordable. I will be definitely going back.”
“I cannot thank all the staff at the eye outpatients enough. My surgeons Rebecca Stack and James Corbett who were both amazing when they performed my eye removal surgery at the Christchurch eye surgery clinic in Papanui and all subsequent post op visits, And to the Nurses who went out of their way to provide me the very best of care during my recovery and post op visits. I hope you enjoy the Orchid plant I brought you all as my thank you.”
“I've found heavily discounted products here - definitely worth a look.”

“Staff are lovely and hard and fast working. Never had any issues”
“Two weeks ago I was on a cruise to New Zealand. I had had a procedure done prior to leaving Australia and it became infected on the seas. I was hanging to get to Dunedin to get assistance. The staff were just such lovely helpful people right from the moment I arrived to my departure. I was taken care of so professionally by everyone, things were done so I could get back on the ship by days end. A specialist was called, she was just wonderful. All in all the very best experience in an emergency in my life. (I've had a few). Thankyou to everyone, you are a shining beacon to others with your professionalism and empathetic care. I wish you all the very best for the future. Again THANK YOU.”
“Our favourite pharmacy! The team is always helpful and being able to shop at the supermarket whilst waiting for prescriptions is a big bonus.”
“Absolutely amazing team at Fertility Plus. Both clinical and non-clinical staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Never felt more supported. Very happy to have chosen Fertility Plus as the provider for my fertility journey. Thank you!”
“top team, great service, my daughter's teeth were fixed with precision, can't thank enough.”
“I have been going here since I was 16 and this place is amazing. Easy to book appointments, instagram, and over the phone and they're a lott better at answering than a lot of my friends lol. The people are super sweet, chill, and friendly, easy to talk to, and the whole atmosphere gives a sense of safeness. I love this place and I'm very happy to continue going here :)”
“Having experience with class truck driving”
“Mothercraft is such a wonderful facility and has made a huge difference to my life. Obviously everyone's experience is different and this is just ours. Reason for referral: 6.5 month old baby waking every 45 mins - 2 hours for 5 months straight. Fed to sleep, co sleeping often and contact or pram short day naps. Before going: I was anxious as anything about him being left to CIO. While there... Building: Under the Waterford Birth Centre, large private room with cot, pram and sink. Shared bathroom, shared kitchen and lounge. Nice wee play area for baby with toys. Breakfast is standard cereal and toast type set up and lunch and dinner is brought downstairs from the birth centre chefs. I really enjoyed the meals and I also took some snacks. Staff: The nurses there are fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They are all wonderful. They genuinely care about you and your baby. Techniques: Day 1-2 the nurse did most of the settling and resettling for me. Baby would have a song and a cuddle then placed in cot to learn to self settle. Yes, there was some crying but I was able to specify my maximum cry time for him and they stuck to that. The lovely nurse (Jane) listened to his crying and after 10 minutes popped him in the pram to get him to sleep. I believe the first couple of days are just about getting the baby (and Mum!) to catch up on sleep. Day 3 Jane taught me how to listen to his cry and decipher between a distressed/ pain cry and a wind down cry. From here I was able to do the put down myself and resettling. Resettling was singing, bum pats and cot rocking. The idea is to keep baby in the cot and fight the urge to pick them up. The cot rocking worked a charm. At night you also have the option for baby to go with the night nurse so you can get a full night's sleep. Since returning home... Sleep: Baby now settles himself to sleep for about 80% of sleeps within 8-15 mins, the other 20% is just bum pats and cot rocking. Baby only wakes overnight for feeding (every 4 hours for BF baby). Learnings for me: Difference between wind down and wind up cries. Some crying is OK! Don't be too quick to interfere. Letting him sleep in whatever position he wants. Feeding schedule (4 hourly + 3x solid meals and all food consumed within 1 hour each feed). Change from structured sleeping times to awake times (up for 2.5-3 hours and watch for tired signs), aiming for 2-2.5 hours of sleep each day nap. Not being too hung up on 3 naps a day, if only 2 then an early bedtime is fine. Overall a fantastic experience and has really changed our family's sleep!! You've got this māmā!”
“To all the doctors, nurses and support workers in in the kids first ED- from a mom who had two overnight admissions with two of my kids within a week’s span. One a suspected accident related issue and the other a medical issue. You all are superstars, doing your best and beyond tirelessly even in the middle of the night to make sure each and every child is taken care of. Your services are nothing short of legendary. With sincerity I can say both my children were attended and treated to the best care in the best possible duration. Thanks a million once again.”
“The staff are very pleasant and always helpful.”
“So glad they are open even in the weekend…. So helpful”
“Excellent. Because there were a few prescriptions before me, there was a small wait; however this would be expected in most pharmacies. Friendly staff and half price prescription fees compared to other pharmacies. Would go again with hesitation.”
