   Receptionist is so rude so many people have complained about her why hasn’t she been fired Gosh it’s hard enough being sick let alone feeling like your getting mistreated and talked to very unprofessional it makes me not wanna go doctor when I’m full on sick and pregnant She is such an arrogant lady she needs to be replaced with all the complaints made about her !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly Outstanding GP Dr. Shajuallah Kamali is an exceptional doctor. His calm and gentle manner instantly puts you at ease, making every appointment a positive experience. He listens attentively, explains things clearly, and genuinely cares about your well-being. What stands out most is his patience and empathy. No question ever feels too small, and he always takes the time to ensure you feel heard and supported. It’s clear that he is deeply committed to providing the best care possible. It’s clear that he is deeply committed to providing the best care possible. I feel very lucky to have Dr. Kamali as my GP. He’s a rare combination of professionalism, kindness, and medical expertise.    Receptionist was nice but Dr Wong was insensitive rude and didn't listen. I paid fifty dollars for a script of diclofenac, when I asked for a referral to a physio he told me to search on Google and if I was that worried about the numbness in both my hands to go to the hospital. I have never in my life been made to feel like my concerns were in my head I will be making a formal complaint and will NOT be going back.

   Worst ever. The receptionist is rude. I put an official formal complaint to the Ministry of Health and then dislodged it when she apologised and was contacted by the Ministry via email. Took 3 months to get Xray results. Receptionist made ME run around and kept saying she got nothing. I ask the Radiologist she said I sent it the day we did the scan... I see the doctor he says nothing wrong. I say my heel is sore he says he can't do anything I have to call the specialist.... I'm like... The worst ever. I'm a NZ citizen I have an Indian and Chinese taking my money and acting like they are the first ever health services I have been to. Wait till someone dear to you is suffering then we will see your change of heart and dedication. For now... You don't care we are just NHI numbers on your screen. I'm gonna turn into my old habits of being very up front. The level of patient care and customer service is rubbish. MAHIA RD CLINIC IS RUBBISH

   I have never had a problem here with Dr Wong! Yes the receptionist may come across as rude but she really isn't, we can literally have a conversation with her as if we've known each other for years lol. Dr Wong is amazing too, he is pretty old school and if you don't understand that then you most likely will be bothered, he sees us straight away and no time is wasted! We've been here since mid 2022 and I will recommend this Dr to anyone!!!

   **Whoever sees this - Please Read** As I type this review with tears streaming down my face I now understand Dr Wong was not in favour of my health. For years while I was with Dr Wong his treatment plan for me was the same creams/topical over and over again. This caused me to get something called TSW - Topical Steroid Withdrawals. I had no knowledge of this while being at Dr Wongs Clinic. I spent hundreds… possibly in the thousands here just to be let down. I wish there was some type of way to get my health and my money back from the years he took from me. I will be looking over this legally in the near future hopefully when I’m better. While I’m here I would love to recommend Tend.. they have their own app on apple store where you can video chat with Doctors/have your prescription sent straight to your pharmacy of your choice and also go in to their clinic. They really do care about your health.

   Tbh i have no idea why i'm still at this doctors? ,Dr wong has seen my daughters skin condition and just gives cream and antibiotic i've asked if he can transfer me to a dermatoligist but he said "They too expensive" Not for kids they not they should be free it must be hard to just refer me to another place! Even the indian lady at the reception is rude i called 1 minute after being late to my app and she reckons "Sorry your suppose to call before your appointment to let me know ur gonna be late" And i was literally 1minute late on calling them as they wouldn't pick up the phone. I was desperately needing to see doctors as my daughters skin was really really bad then but she rescheduled me for another day in the afternoon DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

   He's been our family doctor for over five years, and I would say he's a bloody good doctor, you'd never be in a queue, and you'd see him straight away, the connection that he has with specialists is probably one of the quickest and most efficient and he knows his stuff. Kids are free if they are registered. He knows exactly what to prescribe, 2 mins Down the road, no waiting at all.. quick and swift.

   Dr David Wong takes advantage of his patients. If you are Māori or Pacific Islanders please do not use their services. They have been charging my autistic son $15 every appointment. Why? Because he knows that we need to see the GP and that he will get money out of us! Please leave this clinic. The worst service I’ve ever encountered by the rudest administrative assistant.
