   Love the free prescriptions here and service has massively improved over the past two years. They also send text reminders of repeats and usually ready within a day.

   Often closed several hours early. Ordering a repeat the day before is often futile. More times than not it hasn't been prepared when you show up, then you have a half hour wait if you are lucky. Staff hang out at the far end of the long room, looking at the computer off to the side, and do not notice people waiting at the counter. The final straw was that they have absolutely no inclination to help when they closed several hours early and I can't return to the pharmacy for days because of my illness. I live an hour away. They won't courier anything because of 'safety', so I am hoping that a random stranger on the rural Facebook page can pick it up when they go to town.

   Prescription came out pretty quickly but the middle aged lady at the counter was very rude. I was unsure of the repeat script details and when I asked, the lady became super impatient and snappy >:( I don't understand nor appreciate the uncalled for attitude when all I did was ask a genuine question.

   There is consistently an inadequate supply of medicines available to fill prescriptions. Early shut-downs and closures on a regular basis because of a staff shortage are becoming the norm. It is better to choose alternative pharmacies that offer respectable services.

   9am open but don’t go at 9AM everybody busy n grumpy. Threat of the day mostly very helpful. For repeat prescription, you might wanna ring them before you turn up coz most likely yours are not ready in early time. They are suffering from stuff shortage her n there so please be patient to them. Over all I recommend to all countdown church corner customer to utilise this pharmacy. A+++

   I go here relatively often, at least once a month. The staff are always super polite, respectful, and friendly. I get my HRT meds (I'm trans) and my other meds from there, and have always been respected even though sometimes I don't pass. Unfortunately over the past few months, the staff members have seemed very stressed and overworked, probably due to their staff shortages. They don't let it affect their service, but to me it's fairly clear. Countdown really needs to hire more pharmacy staff and treat their staff with some humanity and respect - they're not robots, they're people. Get with it Countdown. And give your staff a big raise while you're at it. They deserve it.

   This is a great pharmacy & very popular so very busy but staff are friendly & obliging knowledgeable too. As they are so busy usually a wait time of 20mns for prescrions/repeats to be filled however being Countdown you can shop while you wait.

   i came here 3 months ago - awful customer service, the employee that served me had no respect. it’s not hard to be nice to someone and trust me i work in retail as well, sometimes i don’t feel very cheerful but i’m never rude to the people i serve. it took her 5 attempts to actually write my name right in the system just for her to tell me rudely that what i needed wasn’t there.
