Extremely long wait times and poor service experience. One staff member in particular, named Amber, was dismissive and rude. I felt like I was being treated differently and unfairly, especially as someone who is not Māori. It was uncomfortable and disappointing. Places like this should be inclusive and respectful to everyone regardless of background
Love their Professional Manakitanga , Awhinatanga & Aroha they give to us Patients.... plus they never make us feel uncomfortable when I can't paye for my appointment
I have recently transferred from Stokes Valley Doctors. The customer service is polite, respectful and helpful. In oerson and over the phone. I was given an emergency call on the dame day. Was able to book an appointment within 2 weeks. Had a very amazing appointment where my diagnosis was explained in detail with medication avaliable funded and not funded. The doctor checked all medical resources to support her diagnosis. This experience built my confidence in the public health sector.
Zero star if I could. Worst service.
Extremely rude and unhelpful when we contacted them about becoming patients to the point where I'd rather just be sick then deal with them.
Would do half a star if I could. Went into this medical centre as my partner and I were interested in enrolling and they said "Have you tried stokes valley first?" In a rude manner and I was shocked as they have a good star rating... they basically shooed us out don't recommend.
I have been with this practice 4 years now. Even though I live 1/2 an hour away now. The receptionist knows my name, that’s good service... the nurses are friendly. Doctors are fast. Basically it’s a $1 a minute. Minimum 15 mins. Good price. They will fit you in if it’s urgent. Covid has changed everything. Wait times are really good now.
Wonderful, it's been a difficult time for me but they made it a lot easier!!
