Currently signed in with this doctor and I'm not happy with treatment I'm getting unprofessional and not a good service
Always booked cant even talk to a nurse or doctor through the phone, takes so long to get through to them calling multiple times before they answer. Must I add have been with this same doctors since I was child but trying to call and book my kids in seems like a hard time!
Been our Family Doctor for 24 years now and always polite and friendly. Comes with our recommendation
Never too busy,usually always a park out front.Nice staff and friendly atmosphere.
They say opening hours is 8am but there phones don't go on until 8.30am. You can ring @ 4pm to make an appointment and the same thing happens phone is off. Hard to get an appointment so I travel to Tui medical centre in Rototuna or Terapa where I pay more but better service there! What a shame because they are our local medical centre! The receptionists are ok but there is 1 who is quite rude. When I first moved down from Auckland she called ppl from there DORKLANDERS.....I mean that is not something you say who is new to the area! So unprofessional!
Useless Man!! Opens at 8am can't get though! Till after 8.30am. Because of this im ringing in work time now to get an appointment..
Terrible. I went to join up at this medical centre and found the receptionist to be very rude and incompetent. I made an appointment with her, then she yelled at me because she thought I had grabbed her diary and was writing in it, but it was my diary and I was writing down my appointment time. I went back the next week for my appointment and the useless receptionist had failed to put it in the computer to reserve my time, even after the diary incident!!! I walked out and went and joined up at another medical centre.
