Receptionist Janice is extremely rude, had a booking error and when trying to sort and rebook she kept talking over me, very dismissive tone and then when she decided she was done she hung up. In this role you need a frontline person who has empathy and an appreciation that the person on the other end of the line is usually unwell and not coming in for fun! Very disappointing and well below the level of care expected for this nature of role.

My daughter went for a blood test last week. She unfortunately got a mean lady called Sheila. My family is very loyal to this medical centre and expect better treatment. My daughter got scolded by Sheila taking her blood test, saying she should know to prepare better since she's had blood tests before. Please treat your clients better.

We have been going to Lincoln Medical Centre for nearly 5 years. The staff are amazing β¦Drs, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses and reception - all of them! Over the years we have seen 5 different Doctors at the Practice, and they are caring and professional. *We have only had 1 negative experience with a Dr who is no longer there (thankfully he was only there for a few months). I highly recommend Lincoln Medical Centre if you want friendly and thorough care.

If I could give a 0 I would. My family and I have been going to this clinic for 20+ years. You could see your regular doctor most times and be treated with care, respect and empathy. All the nurses were amazing to deal with and the receptionists very polite. Now you can only get in with a nurse practitioner. A sign of the times! Every time you go in, there are different doctors. Over the past 2 years, I have had been appalled at the attitude from the same particular nurses and receptionist (Debbie).They make you feel be-littered and are basically downright rude. When trying to explain our situations, they βdonβt want to listenβ and come back at you with a condescending manner. I have been given the run around βtwice nowβ regarding vaccines with βa lotβ of conflicting information. Nurses appointments following a Drβs appointment have been made, but nothing noted when turning up. This clinic has lost its personal touch which is really sad. When are you going to take heed of all the negative reviews and do something about it.

We started off on the wrong foot, but I had a change of heart after a call from the doctor to check up on my review and decided to change it to 5 stars. That was 2 years ago, but my partner had some bad interaction with the doctors there. Not one doctor, but 2. My partner then gave a one-star review after moving on from the clinic, and the French doctor called my partner to try and persuade my partner to change the review. Obviously, now I know he does this to everyone who gave them a one-star review. What was worse is that the French doctor didn't respect the review and told my partner that: "it's not nice to leave a bad review, and if you are kind, you would change it.." And now here we are. The jig is up, and for those who's read this far. This is a caution for signing up with Lincoln Medical. Their motto literally contains "Traditional values." Please don't call me again, I will report you.

I have never been more disgusted at a medical clinic and itβs treatment of its patients, from the doctors to the receptionist. My sister who is 22 and is fighting for her life as she has been diagnosed with terminal cancer , came to you WITH a MASK EXEMPTION which is more important to her now more than ever as she is going through aggressive chemo treatments with her last treatment leaving her so sick and weak that she couldnβt drink water or eat food for four days straight depending on fluids to sustain her. She booked an appointment as she needed help with a PICC line which was inserted incorrectly and causing her pain (and before you ask she went hospital and they directed her to go to a Gp as they are very busy) and was refused care. This medical clinic should be ashamed of themselves. And I know that any of my friends and family member and everyone in our community will be told of how this clinic and its staff treats their patients and to not even consider this medical clinic. Disgusting

I went to the clinic yesterday 4/7/22 and they are overrun and so short staffed but I received nothing but genuine kindness and care from the moment I walked in the door from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor. I have never received such outstanding service from another provider. This team is the best around! Thank you so much for all your hard work supporting the community!
