   System sucks..if u r late 2 mins they will send u home and charge 30 dollars without seeing a doctor..but u will just have wait doesnt matter how long if they are late..45 mins wait to see gp who googles stuff..

   The reception staff are amazing. Just saw them work under pressure and they were next level. Definitely went above and beyond. Not only are they friendly and helpful but spectacular in a stressful situation. Well done!! Hope the rest of your Thursday is a calm one with no surprises.    Matt - the best GP nurse in Christchurch, honestly such kindness & compassion at a horrible time, all it takes is someone like him to make something awful feel just a wee bit better! They are under immense pressure at the moment, but his professionalism shines through and he makes you feel none of that stress and that you are worth his time. Best blood test taker also #didntfeelathing

   I’m so grateful for the help and great service I’ve had from Dr Chaplin. She is the best doctor I have ever had - knowledgeable, practical and genuine, it is clear she really cares about offering quality health services. She is also down to Earth and puts you at ease. I’d also like to praise the wonderful reception staff who were so helpful during my first visit, especially the lovely people who emailed me all the useful info I needed. Thank you very much!

3. Accounts Team ★☆☆☆☆

   Last appointment was an hour wait long, with not even an apology or update. Finally got in to see a doctor and was told she will ring me within a few days to follow up on our discussion. I've emailed numerous times, had a poor excuse given by the Manager Janice, have rung and left messages, all to be ignored and haven't heard back since. Also have a given GP Linda Gibbs who pipes up every now and then to say something, but I have never met the woman once yet been at the centre for years. Papanui Medical has really gone downhill.

   A thoroughly contemporary practice with some excellent clinicians. I have been a patient here for some years and appreciate the on-line access to results, appointments, repeat prescriptions and more. A real move to involve patients in their own care. GP and specialist nurse both really good
