   I went for my X-ray and ultrasound tests today (28th July 2025) at around 10:40 AM. I was warmly greeted at the reception with a lovely smile, which I really appreciated. I would especially like to express my gratitude to the Sikh Doctor (apologies if I’ve described this incorrectly, as I unfortunately forgot to ask his name). He was remarkable—very kind and an exceptionally good listener. I also had a great experience during the Doctor at ultrasound. So, thank you to the entire AXS team—especially the X-ray technician. Well done, and please keep up the great work!

   It was a pleasure to deal with Auckland X-Ray Services from start to finish. All of the staff from the reception desk to the sonographer's were super friendly and made you feel comfortable. All questions were answered which displayed their knowledge and the whole experience deserved 5 stars as given. Car parking is available right outside and this clinic is located on the Dominion Rd bus route at Valley Road in Mt Eden. Thanks to the whole team for making this a smooth process.

   Had my growth scan with Sue who was such a lovely tech! Wonderful customer service and I truly disagree with the previous negative reviews about her because you can tell she is working exceptionally hard to provide an accurate scan and also provide great patient care. Would definitely come back!

   very bad experience . first of all the manager should read numberless reviews about his staff . i been three times there reception indian lady is rude as . sonographer kiwi indian guy is nice asian girl sonographer should not be there she is arrogant and rude just finish the scan as burden on her

   Second visit to this place and will be my last. If you can avoid this company, do so. I came here for an Anatomy scan and was dealt with by a young female Asian sonographer named Sue. (Have seen other Google reviews about her awful service) What an unpleasant experience!! From start to finish. She made you feel unwelcome with such unprofessional customer service. There was no communication whatsoever from start to finish. No explanation of what we are looking at or what she was scanning etc. No small talk NOTHING! I had asked her is that baby's head and all I got was "mmmhmm". At the end of the scan she looks at a paper and then asked if we know the gender which I responded no. Her reply "I think it's a boy" left us in the room to clean up with the monitors still on with other patients (including mine) full details/NHR numbers talk about privacy breach!!! A Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience!!

   Was my first time visiting and was for a nuchal scan, besides running late on my appointment time we had a pleasant sonographer who apologised and made me and my family feel comfortable during our scan. Even without the viewing screen working she allowed us to check out baby through her screen and talked us through the process. Thank you so much for a great first visit we will be back for our next one for sure.

   IF YOUR PREGNANT , DO NOT STEP INSIDE THIS X-RAY SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY RUDE. We had a really bad experience with the receptionist at this X-ray service Centre. We moved from Christchurch to Auckland a week ago and we had a written referral from our previous mid-wife. The lady at the reception accepted our referral first and charged us the surcharge amount $60. We were surprised when the lady at the reception stopped us after our scan , to pay an extra $200 and told us the referral letter was incorrect and we cannot leave the premise until we pay the amount. We manage to sort out the referral form by contacting our new midwife for the right referral. Receptionist if unsure, sort out before the scans and not pounce on the customer while leaving. The receptionist was quite unprofessional and rude stopping us in the premise and asking us not to leave .We are not thieves, if the receptionist communicated this process clearly at the initial stage we would have come with the right form. We even paid for the surcharge $60 as per as their communication over the phone. This left me traumatized as I am pregnant and I was not happy with someone interrogating me when they should be communicating better about the process.
