Long wait time. Nice dr and nurse, rude and horrid receptionist. Practise manager should step in and sort this urgently
I have going to Hornby medical my whole life and it has been nothing but amazing until the new reception lady’s and my old doctor left no one answers phone calls and you get stuck waiting Upto an hour and a half after your appointment is meant to be super dissatisfied with the outcome this doctors has turned out as it use to be the best
I phoned the clinic to make a doctors appointment and spoke to the rudest receptionists I have ever come across. Hope phone calls are recorded so can listen to how your receptionists speak to people it’s disgusting.
The staff at hornby medical go above and beyond to help out their patients, I have always had a great experience here and today was no exception to that. Thank you :)
the nurse there Vicky, she is fantastic, can fault her what so ever, I personally want to single Vicky out and thank you so much for the help she gave me
Cant book for long I’m advance at all and older receptionist can be very rude.
Doctors have misdiagnosed me the past several times I've been, the younger lady on reception is very nice. All in all 0/10 won't take bookings more than 2 days in advance.

Totally incompetent admin. When asked in regards to why the delays, was met with rudeness and then lied to about time receipt. (Said sent 3pm even though didn’t talk to doctor till 4pm) Contacted them on Wednesday, received medical cert at 430pm Friday even after I said I needed first thing Friday for payroll. High time for change!
This is my local , I've been here a handful of times and the doctors are great but Each and every time I go there or even call to make an appointment the receptionist is so very rude. I can see I'm not the only one to leave review in regards to the rude receptionist.
