If I could give less than one star we would. shocking practices. Takes people off antidepressants for an acc covered injury without any consultations. Three visits at my cost and a few angry phone calls before he finally puts me back on. Not before getting to rock bottom again mentally. shocking. THEN has spoken about myself and my wife in a clinical meeting after leaving this practice without our knowledge and have not released the information about that. Due in one days time but heard nothing from them. Given they have to by law under OIA I can see it will be another fight. Don't bother, find somewhere else to see a GP

Couldn't rate this practice any higher! Excellent care and compassion from the moment you walk in the door. Dr Honkoop is excellent and I'm very lucky to have such a caring doctor and practice. Thanks Good Street

I find all the staff there really knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Generally, I can get an appointment within a couple of days. The building itself needs to be more spacious and modern, but otherwise it’s a great family doctor

By far the worst medical practice I’ve ever experienced. Transferred here and was made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the doctor. Phoned to request the practice managers email to which the receptionist said “I don’t know”. Eventually got an email address and politely expressed my concern and requested a different doctor. Was told I was “wasting their time” and received an email a couple of days later saying I had 30 days to find a new doctor. Definitely stay clear from this practice. As you can see from other reviews, I’m not the only one to have a bad experience.

So appalled by the receptionist. I rang and politely asked the receptionist if they do Covid tests and she responded, "no", to which I said okay no worries, just to let you know it is advertised on your website that you do them for everyone including unenrolled patients and she HUNG UP ON ME!! Disgusting behavior. An apology would be appreciated

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment with the nurse, when I rang the first time to book an appointment the receptionist told me she would get a nurse to ring me back.... I never got a call from any member of their team after two days. Decided to go in and book an appointment face to face which was only available a week later. Made an appointment, all for them to cancel it 30mins beforehand. No remedy was given or no postponement date. Considering I've been with this drs office for 29yrs I'm shocked. In the last year this gp service has gone down hill, do not recommend.

--Rang up to ask for help about my partner enrolling with them, only to be answered with "No we're booked." Then asked about a casual appointment, was told quote "No we can't do that."-- No further details. Woman on the phone was rude and dismissive. Definitely going somewhere else.

My mother was visiting from the North Island and was very unwell. Good Street Medical were the only one of three that would take a casual patient. They were fast, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
