“So very thankful for my dental work done today. Very lovely dentist and assistant. Very comforting throughout. Going to the dentist makes me anxious but they were really good and made me feel calm. Didn't hurt like it usually does at other practices either. Also didn't have the usual gasps and overeactions other dentists have given me in the past over the state of my teeth - absolutely no judgement. Price was extremely good as well, couldn't quite believe it. Very relieved and thankful to have found this place, honestly was blown away, the whole package - highly recommend.”

“Highly recommend this practice! We recently moved to a provider linked to our health insurance, but have been with Te Puna Hauora (Northcote) for several years after a recommendation from whanau. *Convenient parking with plenty of spaces. *Welcoming receptionists who communicate well and ensure patients know to register their car details in the kiosk every time. *Flexible payment options, including online banking. *The Health Tracking app makes booking appointments and repeats easy. *The pharmacy next door is great for urgent meds, and prescriptions are sent to your preferred pharmacy when not needed right away. *Nurses are caring, and the check-in process is smooth. Just arrive 15mins prior to your booking as advised. *The doctors, especially Dr Nehal Al-Reffe, are attentive, empathetic and thorough. She was definitely our favourite. *We've been lucky to be there when they had some donated packaged buns/bread for free that we took advantage of, something I've never seen at a GP before. I’ve seen reviews about dated decor, wait times and rude service, but in my experience, wait times are normal for any busy GP and rude service is not our experience. *The decor is not modern, but clearn, comfortable and warm. *Receptionists handle difficult situations (patients) well, and there’s signage about querying wait times after 30 minutes. Basically - if you are patient, respectful and communicate clearly and kindly, you'll go well here (as at any other GP.) We’re grateful for their support, particularly for my daughter's ADHD care and my post-WLS check-ups.”

“I had 1 wisdom tooth coming out therefore took an appointment on 2nd July but it started hurting me badly prior to the appointment, so I had to cancel and book an appointment at tui dental Bryant road. Got the appointment early which I didn't expected and the tooth was extracted by Dr Min within 2 minutes which me and my wife were surprised. Didn't had any pain and I got healed up very quickly. Strongly recommend.”

“It has been a devine blessing to be able to go to the hospital. My wife was in absolutely great pain when I took her to the hospital at around 8pm. It was from the moment I arrived at the hospital, it has been a perfect service with respect, kindness and utmost concern for an individual who was in a great distress. I just want to thank every individual around the hospital I. E. THE DOCTORS, nurses, janitors, and or even the ward assistants. They were all very very good and their response towards my wife was excellent. My wife Alpana Goundar had a gallbladder operation and the enter team that were responsible has done a supurb job. I don't know all of them by name but they were all just simply best. The nurses I remember were Deepa and Sally not forgetting others THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH.”

“The district nurses are very care to patients and professional. Reception ladies are also very kind. It opens 7 days a week, even on the public holidays. Plus, there are always plenty parking spaces. I really appreciate their working on my wound care.”

“Experienced amazing care from the team today from reception and triage team as well as Dr Munro. I have severe back pain caused from an injury a few weeks ago and the care provided by the whole team made me feel at ease. I was seen to promptly and was given a bed to lay down on in a room as I was to uncomfortable to stand or sit down on a chair. The nurses checked in on me regularly and everyone took their time with me and made me feel listened to and truly cared for even though I could tell how busy you all were. I truly appreciate everyone for the care provided today ♥️ thank you so much xx”

“Two weeks ago I was on a cruise to New Zealand. I had had a procedure done prior to leaving Australia and it became infected on the seas. I was hanging to get to Dunedin to get assistance. The staff were just such lovely helpful people right from the moment I arrived to my departure. I was taken care of so professionally by everyone, things were done so I could get back on the ship by days end. A specialist was called, she was just wonderful. All in all the very best experience in an emergency in my life. (I've had a few). Thankyou to everyone, you are a shining beacon to others with your professionalism and empathetic care. “We just spent a couple of hours in Lower Hutt A & E. For a place where you are dealing with people in pain, I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from the nurses and the doctor. Especially Nurse Jaynie. She did her best to distract my mum and keep her mind off the pain and it was very greatly appreciated. Please know that you are all doing an exceptional job. “Had a very positive and easy experience at my visa medical appointment today, the staff were very friendly and organised and the doctor was so kind and made me feel completely at ease. I was seen promptly and also had a great experience going across the road to get my x-ray- so convenient and great not to have to organise it separately! I went to these guys a couple of years ago for a different visa application (also a great experience) and am so glad I remembered and came back this time!”

“I arrived last week in an ambulance after a hip replacement elsewhere to be greeted by a bulging ED with resources clearly stretched. Despite that I was seen quite quickly and was admitted for a cardioversion. The procedure was completed quickly and effectively the next morning. Despite being a large and complex facility the staff were terrific; thanks to the cardiologists, theatre staff, nurses on Ward 10 and the many others who assisted. All were super helpful and cheerful which was much appreciated.”

“Came here for a couple weeks for a winter getaway. Was not disappointed! Outstanding service from the gourmet dining in to the karaoke lounge room classes. If you are visiting Dunedin this is the place to stay! Luxurious bedding, breakfast in bed and they even have a a tennis court. There’s no time for boredom at the Wakari resort; if you’re not out shooting hoops or taking a piss there’s a huge selection of essential oils to smell at the reception area. If I haven’t convinced you yet picture yourself in front of a flat screen tv relaxing to informercials, creating masterpieces in the spacious art area or cigarette but collecting in the beautiful gardens with your new friends. This place truly has it all.”

“My husband went to Botany SuperClinic Public Hospital in November 2023. There were at least 40 patients waiting in the clinic. Luckily, as my husband is a chronic asthmatic who suffered from short of breath, he didn’t need to wait for a long time. Staff there are very nice and helpful. If you are not feeling well, let’s go there and get appropriate medical treatment.”

“The worst place we have ever been to. Not a friendly place to walk into. Very unfriendly place very dull place.The reception was most un helpful. We ended up walking out, until we talked to the hospital that sent us there. We went back and had wait for hour an quarter. Not impressed with horizon Northcote.”

“I have had great experiences with the Doctors Waimauku team, they are always friendly and helpful. Their acute clinic is great I was able to get in to be seen with a urgent issue on the same day with Sonya who was awesome.”
