   The doctor came across as rather unfriendly and unprofessional. I took my young kids for an immigration medical. The doctor gave my son a cookie but then warned him not to drop any crumbs on the floor. My son is generally a neat and tidy child, but he is a child, so ofcourse he will accidentally drop crumbs?!? When he measured my daughter's weight, he said my daughter should leave on her heavy jacket (makes no sense as this would add to her weight measurement??). He also recorded my daughter's weight as being higher than it clearly showed on the scale (???). Never going back here again.

   Had a very positive and easy experience at my visa medical appointment today, the staff were very friendly and organised and the doctor was so kind and made me feel completely at ease. I was seen promptly and also had a great experience going across the road to get my x-ray- so convenient and great not to have to organise it separately! I went to these guys a couple of years ago for a different visa application (also a great experience) and am so glad I remembered and came back this time!

   Not going back here, the receptionist was very abrupt and rude which made me and other clients really uncomfortable. The doctor was fine but kept sighing, (for reasons I don't know why) and one more thing I don't like is being talked about to other people, especially personal details as being a professional, you should keep your patients' details confidential.

   I booked a medical test for immigration purposes and was initially advised by the receptionist that the cost would be NZD 130.00. However, after the test, the clinic charged me an additional NZD 60.00, stating it was for some immigration-related fees (dated 29 August 2024). Nearly a year later, on 21 July 2025, I received a letter from Debtworks requesting payment of NZD 69.00. I contacted them for clarification, as I have not visited any lab in New Zealand other than RIW Health for this test. They informed me that the charge was requested by the doctor. I then followed up with RIW Health, who told me that the NZD 60.00 was for a “referral.” However, I have no idea what referral they are referring to, as nothing was explained to me at the time.

   Such a nice team. Both receptionists are super nice, efficient and very accommodating. I mistakenly wasn't able to send the registration details back, but they've forgo that and accommodated my registration. The doctor is also super helpful and nice. Overall an excellent experience. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

   I had been here for my General Medical for Visa purpose and would like to appreciate and thank you both the Doctor and Manager Sue for their so friendly nature which makes the medical process so smooth and easy. Medicals can be stressful sometimes but this Doctor made every effort to make it comfortable for me :-) Thank you once again for being so kind.

   Very rude, maybe under pressure. But definitely won't recommend going there for medicals. Definitely need to go for people management course to improve on level of management or talking to public relations. Called to explain what had happened to make them aware of the situation then got the same level of rudeness.

   I brought my 3 kids to have a general medical check at the centre, Dr E Whiteside is a caring and professional Doctor and Sue are professional in organising those complicated documents. both of them giving us a clear direction of the process. thank you very much to both of them.

   We recently went there for Blood Test and Chest Xrays. They accommodated us within a few days. The office is quite small with a rather small area for waiting. Everything went smoothly, prices were lower or similar to two other places we looked at. There wasn't a specific appointment set at the radiology clinic but they accommodated us straight away and it was a 2 minute walk across the street, you pay them separately. Follow up response to queries and request for the reports from the Office Manager was excellent. I would recommend them for this service.
