Over multiple visits to this clinic, only 3 out of 7 staff were actually knowledgeable and helpful, the rest were very unhelpful and provided incorrect or substandard support, costing me even more money. Half the treatment plan i had to provide myself. To top it off, one of the head clinicians (labeled by himself) went on a borderline psychotic yelling tirade about ACC management while he was supposed to be assessing my condition, then provided an ACC medical certificate with incorrect information. This country is in a dire medical situation, clinics like this make it infinitely worse.

So I went there to the specialist appointment as part of my gp referral for an elective surgery and they book you in saying there is no other timing available not even 10 min apart and I reach there skipping my job and obviously my hourly pay then they make me wait for another one hour that happened twice to just tell me the that I will get my surgery date after some 1 and half years this is me waiting for the past 7 months just to get to see the specialist . So in total my doctor referred me and I would get the surgery done in 2 1/2 years time . Guys what is going on Am I living in some alien planet or what. Guys is it normal to wait in waiting list for 2 plus years for a surgery ??????? And also people like got in to be seen before me who had their appointment time booked half an hour after mine seriously what am I paying my taxes for, to get others treated????

My husband went to Botany SuperClinic Public Hospital in November 2023. There were at least 40 patients waiting in the clinic. Luckily, as my husband is a chronic asthmatic who suffered from short of breath, he didn’t need to wait for a long time. Staff there are very nice and helpful. If you are not feeling well, let’s go there and get appropriate medical treatment.

5 hours waiting and 3 minutes consulting. And very bad attitude of the front desk.

Came here to get my wound on my foot looked at which I cut with glass (clearly needed stitches) got there and was seen 6 hours later was then told xray had closed to they couldn’t stitch it then they said come back tomorrow so I did, they then said it’s too late to stitch as the skin was dead so they just cleaned it and bandaged it and called it a day, had about 4 check ups for cleans, I was concerned about the black skin and how it wasn’t healing at all even after a week later, so got seen by a doctor he numbed it cleaned it PROPERLY and stitched it, he said he had no idea why no one stitched it earlier the skin was still fine to stitch and if i left it abit later we couldn’t fix it. Got told by multiple different nurses that it was fine and no stitches needed. It was literally a deep open wound and they just slapped a plaster on it. Pretty disgusting and makes me think how many other people this has happened too. Doctor said this is easily infected and is very serious that it wasn’t taken care of. 6 stitches over a week later and I am not going back. Disgusting (don’t care if it’s busy, take care of your patients mate) oh and to add no crutches either! They just expected me to hop around, so I went to my gp where they actually look after you and got some. Bs

The clinic is loacted inside Eastcare, just turn left instead of right. It was quite easy when seeing a specialist. Checked into the front desk and then was prepped before seing the specialist. Didn't take too long after the scheduled time.

Went in to the clinic on Saturday, my personal experience was great! The nurse I initially saw was very empathetic to my situation and seemed keen to help me in any way she could, she was friendly and we shared a laugh or two while she wrote down my symptoms and a bit of my medical history. She was very thorough with the questions she asked and took the time to really listen to and understand my responses. Then it was back to the waiting room for a little while. The next lady I saw was a Nurse Practitioner. She expressed concern at my symptoms and carried out further examinations until she was happy she had isolated the issue. I was prescribed medication and told she would be in touch regarding any further results. I felt assured that everything had been thoroughly assessed and went home feeling much more relaxed.
