“We stayed on the 5th floor in a twin double room. Rooms are clean and the view is delightful. We even found you can open the window when it’s not windy and enjoy the fresh air. Beds are comfy.”
“We stayed here it was brilliant the service was brilliant. They went out of the way to make our stay just like we were at home. Beds comfy. I might add after our stay we left for Adelaide where we stayed in a five star for a few nights. They did not have great service or comfy beds. Greenmeadows thank you for our holiday to us we think you should be five stars.”
“Really great hosts and well-thought-out accommodation. A privilege to pat Duke :)”
“Stayed here for 2 nights. Would highly recommend. Definitely stay again. Top marks to the lady managing this premise, very obliging and friendly.”
“Hi Mark and Terre here, We stayed 3 nights in the studio. Staff were friendly and catered to our needs, studio met our expectations. All up pleasant break away. Central to everything.”
“Very accommodating, helpful and caring manager., Arlene. Pointed us to all the places we would find interesting and provided anything we needed. A really great place to stay ”
“Excellent 3-night stay for work! Room was spotless, spacious, and exceeded expectations. The manager was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Great value for money. Plus, the peaceful atmosphere (felt like I had the place to myself mid-week!) and walking distance to Havelock North's main restaurants and bars made it the perfect choice. Highly recommend!”
“It is a super fun place to have a holiday and really close to get to I highly recommend this area for a fun camping ground.”
“Nice beds, decent rooms, hot showers. Loved the stay”
“We stayed at the Waihola holiday park in our caravan for a weekend. Facilities on-site were all clean in the kitchen and bathrooms. Happily use the amenities if needed. Great view of the lake. Our powered site was perfect for us. Overall a great stay”
“Had a nice afternoon here with a couple of beers - did not eat, but would go back.”
“Very nice receptionist who allowed me to check in before the norm check in time and specifically did up the bed to accommodate me. Cheers for that. Nicely done up bathroom which is impressive. So far the only bathroom with heating rod to keep the hand towels dry. Rooms are spacious w a mobile heater which warm up the room. Lots of storage beneath, on the side and a panel inside the pod to keep some necessities. Extra storage near the receptionist upon request. Super impressed by the Japanese receptionist who even help carry luggage to the room.”
“Enjoyed very much our stay at this friendly hotel. The chef was amazing to prepare us vegan dinner and a hearty breakfast during our stay. The salad dressing at dinner was lovely. Definitely would love to come back again! Will see you again, Chef!”
“This small motel was perfect for our needs. The staff were so kind and helpful. We couldn't arrive in reception hours but they were super okay with sorting it. The room was neat and had everything we needed. Heater was wonderful and we could adjust temperature easily. It was the cleanest basic motel we have stayed in when we have visited Dunedin. WiFi was a bit on and off in our room. Location was excellent. An easy flat walk into main area of town if you like to walk or a quick drive. Dairy's close. Off street parking, some spots better than others. Loved the kitchenette. (Airfryer was great). Everything you need. Laundry available. Wished we could of stayed longer. Thanks for the lovely stay.”
“Historical building, nicely renovated and decorated. We got an early check-in, a room upgrade and a late check-out (as we traveled for the Dunedin marathon event and needed more time to get ready after the race). Staff was friendly and our room had everything we needed (and definitely more character than your usual hotel room). Close to the city centre, botanical gardens and a supermarket, also to quite a few eateries and take away places, all within walking distance (or a few minutes by car). Overall - great value for money.”
Nellies Wine Bar & Restaurant delivers a classic fish-and-chips offering that’s straight to the point. Sides support without crowding the star. Pricing lines up with the offer. Cakes and scoops finish things neatly.
“Had a great holiday Eric and Hillary great hosts Clean appointment with everything you need Close to shops beach and plenty of restaurants First class”
“Better than staying in Auckland, ferry $12 return. Very well placed, near the shops, restaurants and ferry, all in walking distance. Just the two rooms, parking available, comfortable and quiet, run by Prue and family who were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.”
“Amazing service highly recommend Beach rentals BOP - will definitely be staying again”
“Excellent accommodation in the centre of Howick. I had a 2 night stay. The staff were warm and helpful. Great communication and they accommodated my late check in too. The shared bathroom was spotless and I had everything I needed. The room was also warm modern and well equipped. I couldn't ask for more. This will be my go to place if staying in Auckland again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”
“We had a fantastic experience here. The food was fantastic but the staff were the real winners on the day, so helpful and bubbly. Koru always makes traveling an enjoyable experience.”

“Pampered pooch had an excellent stay here - a few weekends before a long Xmas/new year stay. Every time he’s been happy to go & comes back home after a great time”
“This is our go to when staying in Christchurch. With young kids, they are safe because when you open your front door you are in a secure courtyard, not right into the car park. Across the street there is also an awesome playground. The rooms are large and clean. The courtyard has aplenty of space, picnic tables and a BBQ. Perfect for family groups or sports teams.”
“Gerald was excellent to deal with, I very much appreciated his service and also his help during my stay at the motel finding a house. Thank You”
“Nice safe quiet place, very friendly, small walk to toilets. Had loo paper and soap. Bbq and outdoor gym, free to use.”
