Nice rooms, very clean and well maintained, cafes across the road which is great. Although adjacent to main road noise isn’t too bad. Very helpful staff. Good place to stay overall although a wee while from Napier
Good room but on a major road got quieter at night .Does have shopping strip next door and few take aways which is great .Napier CBD is beautiful but is long way from accomodation but an easy drive if you have a car.
Not sorting my accommodation out properly, ended up at Greenmedows in a terrible state. It was our last 2 nights of our late honeymoon/ last horray in the North Island. The owner was absolutely brilliant in sorting something out for us at such a late stage, and almost fully booked. She went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you so much.
I booked into Green meadows who billed my credit card fully. Covid happened and we never made it to Napier due to lockdown. Green meadows never refunded me and have been difficult to engage long story short have chosen not to engage.A bad experience for me one I'm not likely to repeat with them a disgraceful lack of customer service and shocking treatment..
I booked my room from Sydney Australia for one night 14/15 unfortunately when I arrived motel no one was there it was look like a ghost house , I try to call them no one answered the phone, then I found a old lady she told me to go back door to see if anyone there but unfortunately no one was there for 30 to 45 minutes so I left the motel and rebooked other places. I emailed them to cancel my booking and don’t charge because of the reason I written up however they take money from my credit card in full amount. I really don’t understand how a motel have no reception to welcome guest between 2.30pm to 3.45pm !
I went to Napier last week and a nice lady gave us a friendly greeting. Lovely and clean room with a nice price. It took a walking distance to supermarket. I will come back on next trip. Thank for her give us a great help and being a patient.
Very friendly greeting on arrival. Travelling with my elderly mother the room worked really well for her. Well appointed and we lacked for nothing. The best equipped motel I have ever stayed in. Lovely and clean. Great shower pressure and really good quality towels and bedding which we appreciated. Easy drive into central Napier.
We stayed here it was brilliant the service was brilliant.They went out of the way to make our stay just like we were at home. Beds comfy. I might add after our stay we left for Adelaide where we stayed in a five star for a few nights. They did not have great service or comfy beds. Greenmeadows thank you for our holiday to us we think you should be five stars.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with Jenne. She was very lovely. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Beautifully maintained gardens. Very close to the shops with a few across the road. Would highly recommend, and would stay again if we came to Napier again. Thanks so much Jenne, Kate. 9/12/18.
