   This is a place that cares immensely. Both staff and residents are polite , caring and thoughtful. You can see they do all the can to keep the place safe . Even have security 24/7 at the gate. True Manakitanga at its finest here. The facilities are top tier especially the laundry. Plus all utilities are provided. I will be immensely sad to be moving on and miss being a part of this community.

   I love my experience here. In the 8 months I stayed here. Sercuity is top notch for safety. They won't let randoms drive in. 24/7 security Cabins: are clean, fully furnished, bed, fridge, microwave, kettle, kitchen ware, dining suite n tv, has bathroom with toilet. Towels, tea towels, linen n blankets. Cleaning lady does once a week inspection. Tea towels are washed n returned when put out on deck Office ladies: are lovely, welcoming n helpful. Wifi is available on site. Has playground for kids to play in. With a BBQ to use. Laundromat on site that's open 24/7. Can get coins from office during office hours People around are chilled n relaxed, but keep to themselves. Also close to motorway and shopping centre. Bit of a walk to bus stop next to Bunnings warehouse

   Awesome place. I highly recommend TeMahia Village to anyone who's staying short term or long term. Office lady is so kind! Myself, and my child and partner stay here. So clean, no cockroaches like others have falsely claimed there to be. Everything provided. If I could give more stars I would!☺️ From us, in room i.9

   I have been here a few months, its not only full of people who care (staff & residents) but there are resources onsite that we all have access to (social workers, advice, support workers, all phone numbers pertaining to the need for food) all for free. Here they also have community meals made so that we can mix, meet & eat, the food is made by professional cooks and that is done for the entire community. If you ever find yourself here....be grateful because here we are safe and well looked after, you cannot ask for better. Life is a struggle but here the struggle is eased because here the people actually do care and there are no cockroaches or any other pests, the place is super clean, & theres even a veggie garden too. God bless y'all for what you give us.
