“So nice to meet Hayley today when I took Earl to her for his first visit to The Gentle Groomer. The emphasis here has to be on the word gentle.Warm, caring and welcoming would be a few other words I would use when talking about Hayley. Earl has not had the best of experiences with groomers previously and being an anxious little one I was hoping to find somewhere and someone that could make his haircut day more enjoyable and less stressful for him. We hit that jackpot today. He looked wonderful when I collected him, loved the shaping around his face, eyes, and mouth particularly. Hayley’s policy of only ever one dog at a time also added to the calming experience that Earl had today. Thank you so much Hayley and Earl looks forward to seeing you again in December.”

“I sent in my car which was a new purchase but the previous owners lived on a farm so there was mud in the most random places like the roof interior, in the grill of the radio speakers the cup holders ect. I let Girish know that I wanted a full clean interior and exterior and I was NOT disappointed. Girish and his team were very professional and did such an amazing job. Unlike other car cleaning companies I experienced, Girish and his team had stellar customer service and were very friendly. When I rung I was given a quote for my car which was far less than other competitors. The time was slightly over the estimated time given however he kept it parked by the store until I was able to come and collect it. As per other reviews my car looked amazing it was given a beautiful interior polished finish and buffed on the exterior. Girish also made some recommendations for some stone chips that were on the bonnet. I 1000% recommend GD Auto Groomers for both their customer service and overall service! Thank you so much team you were amazing.”

“I took my very old poochon here and after i drooped him off i felt very happy, i explained the issues with Louie being old and dibetic and that he reacted to the loud hairdryer noises, The owner went through the options and siad he would look after Louie and when i picked louire up i was exptremem;y pleased they took extra time to brush out the mats in his wool coat. definately going back. “My border collie has been going to Laundromutt for many years, and Jim has always treated him with genuine care and compassion. Zeus is now 15 and at a stage where he gets tired easily and can’t stand for long periods. During his most recent groom, Jim noticed halfway through that Zeus had had enough. He rang me straight away and kindly offered to finish the groom on Saturday at no extra cost. I always appreciate how Jim always puts the dog’s best interests and wellbeing first. Jessica and the team are fantastic, so friendly and easy to chat with. Sophie loves hanging out with her best friend Teddy.
