DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely filthy. Room was disgusting, owner terrible and couldn’t see anything wrong with the state of the facility. Pool was more like a swamp. Emergency accommodation for social housing. Do not be fooled by the photos on the website. What an absolute joke, felt unsafe and at high risk of catching a disease…. Left straight away!!!
After a very short time it became obvious that this place was the most filthy, disgusting place we have ever been in. Black mould all over the shower curtain, food splatters all over practically every surface, dirty dishes caked with food, the dirtiest toilet I have ever seen, ripped and stained curtains. The list can easily go on. Needless to say we called in the owner who agreed it was in a terrible state. We left immediately.
The new owners have not bothered to even change the guest infomation books to state who they are let alone, the rules they make you sign when you stay there, the owner is autistic and there for hates commutation with others, so instead of asking you if you need things etc he waits till you leave then goes into the rooms which i find rude to say the least. Within the weeks i was there i didnt even have the sheets or towels changed... and i was never able to use the washing machine due to the fcat the motel is FULL of work and income clients who are in emergency accommodation. Theres one vacuum that is shared between everyone......... in my opinion the functionality of this motel has been run into the ground since the previous owners have sold it. My daughter became covid postive i told the owner everyone was talking bad about her and me regarding this and he stated. Well its true. Which indeed the fact we got covid was true, but ht did not care about the fact that i did not feel comfortable at the motel due to the complex like system and style this motek and basically now turned into. Unless your needing emergency housing i really wouldnt bother. The room are average however i feel the lack of management is frustrating, i tryed to call the motel owner as i was in self isolation, i did this right after he had come to my door to complain at me regarding the circumstances, he told me to call the reception to talk to them regarding anything likes of being covid postive however when i did call 20-30 times in a row he did not pick up once. And I KNOW FOR A FACT he was awake and able to answer. I find this disgusting, disturbing and disappointing to say the least.
My partner and I have been staying in this motel now for 6 weeks. We have to ask for towels, toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The service could be much better. We pay $120. Per night and we shouldn't have to ask for things we need.
Had an awesome stay! Units are amazing! Fresh modern, clean and well done up. They upgraded us for free which was so nice of them, comfy beds , warm and cozy, great kitchen. They even provide comfy dressing gowns!! They are lovely people! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Great place to stay. Staff were lovely. Room was spacious and kept very tidy. Bed was very comfy. Would recommend 100%.
Honestly, cannot imagine why anyone would give the Cashel Court Motel less than 5 stars. It is clean, very well maintained, has a beautiful, homely feel to it due to the hospitality of the owner/manager, Helen. You can see their attention to detail including little things. There's free wifi, a small, fenced off playground for young children & even a small swimming pool. All in all, I highly recommend this place to anyone & would absolutely come back. Thanks again to Helen for her hospitality & for a beautiful, comfortable stay.
