   staff were very friendly ,accommodation very clean & tidy. Room where i stayed was at the front and had NO soundproof from the noise outside bus stop under my window, first bus come at 5.40 am, to wake you up. so had no sleep that night and walls are not sound proof so bring earplugs if staying in the front rooms.

   Excellent accommodation in the centre of Howick. I had a 2 night stay. The staff were warm and helpful. Great communication and they accommodated my late check in too. The shared bathroom was spotless and I had everything I needed. The room was also warm modern and well equipped. I couldn't ask for more. This will be my go to place if staying in Auckland again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

   Went for dinner new years day. Ordered fish and chips , huge plateful of chips , fish was overcooked. Everything looked as though just thrown on the plate. For the $ paid it was disappointing.

   I went last Friday evening with a group of friends to see a band niu soul .fantastic band great music but it was just to loud!!!! We couldn't even talk to each other. We left after 20 mins it spoilt are night .
