The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were full of local knowledge and pointed us toward some fantastic nearby attractions, which really enhanced our visit. The location was perfect — close to plenty of activities and great places to explore, all within easy walking distance. We also thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel; the food was outstanding and truly one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we had such a memorable experience at Sofitel Wellington. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and exceptional service — we can’t wait to return!”

“If you are coming to Napier, the Art Deco Masonic Hotel is the perfect place to stay. The rooms are clean, fun, and comfortable. We originally only had a booking for 2 days but loved Napier and the hotel so much we booked an extra 2 days at the hotel. Victor at reception, and all the hotel’s staff, are very kind and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, everything is walkable from it, and you’re right in the middle of downtown art deco center. When we return to Napier we will be staying at the Art Deco Masonic again!”

“We only had one night in Napier and booked into Seabreeze. Communication was extremely good, with enquiries about allergies, and instructions about best car parking spots. Guido was friendly and helpful, he provided a nice breakfast, and offered ideas on places to go and things to see in Napier. The rooms were decorated in bright colourful styles, which had obviously been very carefully considered and coordinated. The sunroom for breakfast had a wonderful view out to the seafront. All -in -all this was a very positive experience, with an attentive helpful host.”

“Remarkable! That’s the best way to describe The Hotel Britomart. We loved the art, the eco-conscious identity, and the overall atmosphere. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff were simply amazing. We finally managed to visit the beautiful Library Lounge (it was booked for a private event the night before), and what a treat it was! A special thank you to the lounge manager, Luciano, who made us one of the best — if not the best — martinis we’ve ever had. Thank you for a truly memorable stay!”

“I really enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel excellent value for money. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and even checked us in earlier than the usual 2pm time. The room was large, very clean, and the TV offered plenty of options. My only small feedback would be that the pillows were a bit firm for my liking. I slept well regardless, the shower was refreshing in the morning, and the breakfast was simple yet satisfying. Overall, a great stay I would definitely return next time I’m in Auckland. Thank you!”

“Stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved every moment! I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful home in the heart of nature. The wine tour with Nicky (the host) was equally amazing! A truly great way to see the island and spend a day getting to know about the delicious grape juice this island has to offer. “Our company sends people to Wellington most months. We find Terrace Villas the most practical place to stay. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. We are easily able to conduct our business from the apartments and the management is ready to help with anything we need - we often hold meetings with our clients and they find the surroundings pleasant and relaxed. “Situated in approximately 26acres of bushland, adjacent to the Ashley gorge and Ashley River. This is a beautiful area with plenty of space for everyone. There are clean and modern bathrooms and well appointed kitchens. A small playground, with swings and a slide etc, sitting on a raised area full of bark-chips for safety. Lots of time and effort has been put into this park over the last few years, and is a credit to the new owners.”

“Was my first time on a overnight hike. Went with the family and really enjoyed it. Took 3.5hrs to walk up from by krangahake gorge(ohinewai fal). Amazing views, river walks and many waterfalls to see. Even got to see glow worms at night. Didn't stay in hut as was fully booked but stayed in tents which made it more amazing.”

“This is a lovely motel. It is clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. It is very close to Waikato hospital making it perfect if you have family there. We had the 2 bedroom unit and it was perfect for our whānau of mixed ages - grandmother, daughter and a 15and 4 year old. I highly recommend this motel.”

“This was the first time we have stayed in Otumoetai and Cobblestone Court is a fabulous place to stay. The location near a supermarket and beach was great, the large room was spotless. We asked for twin beds in a studio, but got given a really lovely modern one bedroom which was ideal for us for the 3 nights we stayed. This is one of the best motels we have stayed at and a real gem! The girl at reception was very friendly and efficient. A+”

“Stayed at the Chamberson for a long weekend and wow. What a beautiful hotel! Felt like I was staying in an upscale New York loft. The rooms were beautifully clean, quiet, cosy and warm and with all the amenities you need for your stay. The staff were wonderful and very helpful especially with information on the local area. Great location with lots to do in walking distance. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be back.”

“This place is so good. I stayed here while on a business trip and found the hotel perfect. Easy friendly check in, a lovely room with everything I needed. I ordered from the room service menu and was pleasantly surprised by the burger and chips, simple, cost effective, nourishing and just what I needed. The restaurant is good as well! Lamb was awesome! You should definitely stay there if you pass by Christchurch.”
