Lovely centrally located motel with easy access and parking. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The units were tastefully laid out and spacious. Double glazing ensured all was quiet. The sheets were lovely and crisp. Great selection of bathroom products and tea/coffee.
I stayed at BK Premier Motel during a particularly busy and challenging time, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The care and attention from the owners and staff were evident in everything they did — they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well supported, taking extra care with my accessibility needs. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful details that made it feel calm and welcoming. The atmosphere throughout the motel was peaceful and relaxing, and the spa bath was absolutely divine — truly worth it. You can tell the whole team takes real pride in what they do. Their kindness and professionalism made a huge difference to my stay. I left feeling rested, refreshed, and very grateful. I honestly didn’t want to go home — I can’t recommend BK Premier Motel highly enough.
Stayed a Saturday night this weekend. Large, comfortable, spotless room. Service lovely at start and end of our stay. Close to CBD. Would definitely book again. Good value.
Stayed at BKs while having surgery. The rooms are clean and spacious. Comfy beds and recliners. Staff are wonderful and rooms have everything you need. Location great. Would definitely stay again if traveling to Hamilton.
This is a lovely motel. It is clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. It is very close to Waikato hospital making it perfect if you have family there. We had the 2 bedroom unit and it was perfect for our whānau of mixed ages - grandmother, daughter and a 15and 4 year old. I highly recommend this motel.

Within a very short walk to the hospital, this motel is excellent. Can't fault it in any way. Great hosts who would go out of their way to make sure you were comfortable.
$280 a night. Room is very clean. Beds are comfortable. Utensils are high quality. View is rubbish. We have 2 adults with one 3 year old and one 5 year old. We were told we could not stay in a smaller room as the fire something requirement. However, I think the room is actually suitable for 4 adults.
We had a minor issue with the cooking smells from a previous visitors, but Grant and Marie took this very seriously (possibly too seriously) which is a good sign of a business that cares, in my opinion. The bed was possibly the most comfortable one I've ever slept in, the standard room was very big and I couldn't hear a whisper from other visitors. I'll definitely be back.
Highly recommend ! Super clean, new carpet, freshly painted, private and quiet. Everything was lovely and easy. Microwave, stove top and dishwasher in kitchenette. Two large separate bedrooms and a large family bathroom. Was very restful. One of the newest refurnished NZ motels I have stayed in.
