   It's great and surprisingly you get room service. Nice little balcony. Only thing I didn’t like was the shower head being so small. Nice Thai takeaway nearby, and other shops not too far.

   One of the cleanest motels I stayed in. Even the toaster was as clean as can possibly be. Reception was very friendly. It is in good walking distance to town. Very good price for what you get. Relatively quiet for such a good location, just a bit of traffic noise. I could leave the window open a bit. Just one slight minus point: The pillow cases smelled a bit too much of softener. I would wish that hotels do not use such a lot of strong smelly cleaning stuff.

   Our stay here was perfect. We checked in a bit later than the usual office hours but when we called the staff promptly came and quickly checked us in. The room has everything we needed for a wonderful stay at Christchurch. Plates, cutlery, cups, microwave and fridge. The room had good natural lighting and there was a small balcony overlooking the street. We had a pleasant stay here and the complementary parking was an added bonus! We will highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Christchurch. The location also gave us the opportunity to try out some good Thai restaurants nearby.

   Great location although on a very busy road so quite a lot of traffic noise. The rooms are ok but getting to the age where they need refurbishing, silicone around tiles and basin in bathroom is coming off in parts. The couch was like sitting on a concrete block, so hard!! Overall, it was fine but all done very cheap and just not as comfy/nice as expected from pics etc online. Staff at check in and out were really nice.
