   We stayed one night after a trip to Hobbiton for the Christmas Feast. Motel is easy walking distance to the visitor centre where you can get picked up. Room was comfy and clean, with friendly service from staff. Would recommend.

   We stayed for one night and absolutely loved the place! Everyone was very welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The garden is cared for with so much love—you can really feel it. There are many flowers, a ping-pong table, and other toys available for kids. The swimming pool is very cute. This place is lovely—don’t hesitate to book!

   An absolute gem. I visited with my 3 year old and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The entire property is clearly designed with families in mind. The units and grounds are wonderfully maintained, and the owners are genuinely the kindest hosts. Loved the thoughtful playground, pool, and well cared for garden space.

   Stayed here for one night after visiting Hobbiton. Room was very clean. Nice spacious area. There were a bunch of toys in the yard for little kids, a sand box, ping pong table, basketball hoop, and even a pool. Hosts were most gracious. Had a very nice time exchanging a few stories. Would most definitely stay here again!

   I booked a 3 night stay knowing the location was just what I needed. When I arrived I was greeted by a cheery Diann, who was just making the rounds cleaning before check-ins started for the afternoon. Tony checked me in to my room and ensured I knew where everything was. My one bed studio was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. You can tell that the owners take pride in their spaces. An affordable stay, great for solo travel, but also well set up for family stays. Thank you again Diann and Tony.

   Don't even think about it, just book it. Exceeded my expectations!! It has everything you could possibly need. The outdoor play area is perfect for the family and the free spa is just a bonus! Comfy warm beds, the best sleep I've had in a long time. Staff are so lovely too. Great location.

   The owner of this establishment was a delite to talk to. She showed us around and made sure we were comfortable for our stay. The room was small but had everything you needed. Sadly the wifi did not work for the night we stayed, but worked in the morning, it must of just been a 1 time thing.

   The owner was genuinely lovely and helpful. 3/4 rooms were lovely and r furbished, mine was updated but so small in comparison. Our access to the bathroom meant you had to walk around a table and chair. A smaller bistro table would be better. We were only there for one night but the traffic was loud all night long, so not much sleep.
