Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were extremely comfortable with fantastic decor, and the location was perfect. With a fantastic view of the beach when you're having breakfast. Plus the host Guido was extremely nice and helpful. Would easily recommend and wish our stay was longer
You must stay here! We loved everything about our short stay. The host is wonderful - so accommodating. Breakfast was self-service and we dined on the upper-level veranda with a beautiful view of the ocean. A short walk to everything. A great Thai restaurant is just a block away (take a left leaving the B&B and you’ll see the black-and-gold sign). Have a walk along the paths and/or the beach to the National Aquarium (we have visited many aquariums in the U.S. and this one is so well-done).
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze B&B- it exceeded expectations . A lovely, comfortable and warm room. The breakfast spread was amazing! Heaps of options. We especially loved drinking morning coffee in the sun room looking out to the sea. Guido was a great host. We will be back for sure !
We only had one night in Napier and booked into Seabreeze. Communication was extremely good, with enquiries about allergies, and instructions about best car parking spots. Guido was friendly and helpful, he provided a nice breakfast, and offered ideas on places to go and things to see in Napier. The rooms were decorated in bright colourful styles, which had obviously been very carefully considered and coordinated. The sunroom for breakfast had a wonderful view out to the seafront. All -in -all this was a very positive experience, with an attentive helpful host.
A lovely place, so warm and inviting. Nice rooms with your own toilet and shower. Includes a very nice breakfast and a sunny room to eat it. A great host looks after everything with plenty of local advice. The beach and walking area is just over the road and a short walk into town . Happy to recommend Seabreeze.
Our stay was cozy, comfortable and affordable! Our host was welcoming and very helpful, taking our bags to our room, up the steep historic staircase. Our room was very clean and tidy. The sun room looking out over the ocean was the perfect spot to enjoy our healthy and filling breakfast. We will be back☆☆☆☆☆

We loved our stay at Seabreeze B&B. It is very quirky and fun. Situated right across the road from the beach and just a couple min walk from the centre of town. It does have fairly thin walls so you can hear the skate park across the road or other guests chatting in the sunroom etc but it didn’t ruin our stay or anything. Fabulous host, very helpful and kind. Thanks Seabreeze!
