“I was a bit apprehensive to visit this shop bc of some of the neg reviews but went and everyone was lovely. Sarah did my NZ Visa photo and took several shots to make sure it was just right. I was flinchy and kept smiling and she was totally cool about it. Went ahead and got physical prints in addition to the digital copy since it was the same price either way. Wondered around and shopped while I waited for them to print, then Alana did my checkout and she was super friendly. Overall great experience and highly recommend, especially for Visa and Passport photos.”

“Absolutely stunning service from all departments within one business. We purchased their "Nap" sofa bed as a secondary couch for our house to have as a back up bed for our home office. We dealt with Aida who was absolutely amazing and patient throughout our experience. Aida advised us that the couch would be available for delivery in 2 weeks which was not a problem so we purchased the couch on this basis. However 3 days later I received a call from their warehouse (so was just as friendly!) advising a delivery was available the upcoming weekend which was pleasantly surprising. We were advised that I would receive a further text prior to delivery giving us a delivery window. This text was received 2 days prior to delivery and was written very professionally (looking at YOU Nick Scali) which advised a delivery time of 9-12pm. The gentleman also said I'd receive a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. On the day of delivery at 1110am, I was advised that they would arrive in 30 minutes. At 1135am, my couch was delivered. It's a shame we used Freedom furniture to purchase our secondary couch, as we have received legendary service from them in comparison to Nick Scali who charged twice the price, but provides half the service. Target: Great price ✓✓✓ Under promised, over delivered.... Literally ✓✓✓ Great communication! ✓✓✓ Amazing staff to deal with ✓✓✓ There is nothing I couldn't fault them on at all.”

What truly sets her apart is her incredible memory; she always remembers me and greets me with a smile. It's that personal touch that makes me feel like a valued regular, not just another customer. “An example of excellent customer retention, the value of good people, and a drive to "make things right". Oliver (assistant manager, Petoni) won me over after my absolutely terrible service at the Lower Hutt branch - almost forcing me to demand refunds for a Tawa desk I bought with a woman whom I struggled to communicate with and appeared to have the decision-making capability of a deer stuck in the headlights of an oncoming car, and identified as a manager named "Kalkatana". In frustration, I called their 0800 number and after me misidentifying the branch in my fluster (I am new to Wellington), was put in contact with Oliver Munn from Petoni (only a few weeks on the job) and their management team sorted out everything. He even delivered the desk to me. He was apologetic, courteous and has retained me as a "Warehouse Stationery" customer with his quick thinking and decisive action. I will be buying more from Petoni branch, never again from Lower Hutt until changes are made. Thanks, Oliver - and I assume the branch manager had some part in this too! Thanks!”

“I was served by the most amazing, lovely and thoughtful person at the copy centre today. They was chatty and helpful and I felt like they genuinely cared about the poster I was making. I never told them the reason we were making the poster but it was about our dog that passed away a couple of weeks ago so it just shows they were fully like this with everyone. We were going through a lot and I'm just so greatful. It was like 3pm I think.”

So too is Ajay, on the office furniture, hardware area. Overall, the whole team at Botany are helpful, knowledgeable + very supportive. A pleasure to be a customer and might I add, I prefer this location to other outlets much closer to me. Well done team!!”

“I had a large bunch of photos to print from jpg files on a USB stick. I received great help from a young assistant, who had a slightly English accent, during the file load up and photo adjustment process on the large screen unit. The other staff were efficient and courteous, with the 100 prints I had ordered ready after about 30 minutes (there was lots of time for a coffee while the printing took place).”

“Spacious store that provides lots of ideas to help design a sophisticated living space. A+ customer service from Daria, she was hugely knowledgeable and catered this to our goals and budget. Only feedback for improvement is directly mostly toward the Freedom online store - which is that delivery costs are expensive - especially when considering the amount of money already being spent by the customer.
