   We have bought Abacus dining table from Hamilton local freedom furniture store. when we complained about the table top is not flat and send them email including videos and photos. They asked us to fill a warranty claim form which we did and they don’t handle this things at local store. Also the manager said because we had glass top it may not be flat well in their care instructions for the table it doesn’t say not to put glass top on it. It’s such an expensive table it won’t look good without the glass top. It will look really ugly with clear plastic. We have two young kids g kids at home we use dining table a lot and as the table top surface isn’t flat glass may crack it become an hazardous piece for us. And there is no follow up from freedom yet even after claiming warranty on faulty product. It’s clearly no enough support for table top the way it has designed. Extremely disappointed with freedom furniture service. No such expectation from this store when you’re buying an expensive furniture.

   Very disappointed with the outdoor table I bought that can’t go outside. I wasn’t informed when I bought it that it can’t be in the sun and needs covered. This is the table after 4 months of the winter. No options to buy covers were provided and they’ve since made the table half price…however those that paid full price, it’s a trip to the dump for us

   Ordered table January, delivery keeps getting delayed. First it was May, then mid June, now still no update and ETA pushed to 24 June. While the furnitures seem nice, it’s really of no use if you can’t receive and use them!

   Hi I just sharing my recent experience from Freedom furniture Hamilton store I Bought a sofa from freedom furniture Hamilton They said maximum 3 to 5 weeks delivery time But after 5 weeks they saying another 2 weeks you might need to wait more because my delivery zone is different ( rural area), still waiting for the delivery? Hopefully they will deliver soon the right product? So please aware If you from rural area,It will take at least 6 weeks Ask him to deliver at Hamilton store , he said that is also not possible Try to cancel the order, but store manager Mr Raman saying there is no refund policy only you can change your Selection and it’s all write it down your invoice so please look at your invoice properly any doubts regarding this ask the staff they might know about it because when I purchased the sofa they haven’t say anything about the refund policy at that time. So please aware about there policy and conditions.

   Ordered a mirror online and it has been almost 2 months. They say they don’t have stock and are getting it into their distribution hub…my frustration is that if you don’t have the stock then mention it on your bloody website!!!

   From the initial visit in store to the delivery I have received what I consider to be first class service from the team at Freedom Hamilton. The ordering process was clearly explained, including the overseas manufacture. I can honestly say this is one of the very best purchasing experiences I have ever had. Delivery date was actually reduced by a couple of weeks (even though it occurred over Christmas) Service was under promised and over delivered, exactly what you want from a supplier.
