   Placed my order for a few photos. The guy checked and said it would be 5 minutes. Came back ten minutes later to be told, a big order had been placed and we needed to wait another 15 minutes. I don't mind waiting, but surely if you checked the system you'd know a large order was in place and could give accurate information instead of mucking your customers around.

   Unbelievably slow service. There is no sense of urgency. Waited 25 minutes in a queue to collect 4 photos. The gum chewing is revolting Kevin.

   No one Answers the phone, I called multiple times over three weeks waiting for someone to answer and they don't bother answering the phone. And when they do eventually answer I can't understand their accents.

   After 15 days and 3 phone calls later I still haven't had word on my online delivery of my office chair. Frustrated I ended up getting a refund and won't be purchasing anything from Warehouse stationary in the near future. Apparently their supplier was responsible for getting a response to me but it looks like the supplier just pleases themselves in my case

   Very variable. There is a mixture of young and not much older staff. Some seemed better trained than others. However on one occasion I took in a recipe book that had disintegrated. The staff copied it and put it together like new. Superb work. Photocopy work I now take to Petone as machines tend to misbehave and staff are often not able to help. Also I have seen two or three staff members dealing with a single customer when there are huge queues building up and customers giving up rather than wait such a long time.

   Just had a great experience at this Warehouse Stationery and it was all down to the staff. The gentleman that assisted me was called Chamada (I apologise if I have spelled his name incorrectly) and he was brilliant. He helped me find card stock that worked for my purposes and within my budget, figure out a format for printing that worked for what I needed and then cut everything to size for me. All with a lot of patience and kindness. In the time I was there I also saw the other staff there being extremely helpful with all sorts of questions people had. So massive shout out to the staff, and especially Chamada - they are what makes this place!

   Today I needed 100 photos scanned so we can use them for a slide show, after a couple of failed starts with some of the staff we managed to talk with Lekisha. Wow this is what I call customer service! She was helpful and managed to help us get what we wanted.

   Worst place to print pictures. Order placed in January (we’re now in March) still haven’t been able to get my order … have been to the shop 3 times, emailed and called but they still haven’t been able to locate it or print it again. Completely useless

   On previous visits I wouldn't rate customer service super high, never get greeted in the store, no-one asks if they can assist when looking around, and it seems to be slow getting served. However, on my recent visit to get some laminating done, the young lady that served me was fantastic. I am only sad I didn't get her name. She was in the printing area on her own, dealing with a number of customers, multi-tasking on various machines. She was friendly, efficient and am pretty sure had a great smile on behind her mask.
