   Ordered a single photo, went to the counter was told 10 minutes. Came back 15 minutes later and waited in line again (3-4 people, not too busy). To be told that the printer is broken and they have no estimate on when it will be fixed. I was then told they can call me once their manager comes over and looks at the issue to provide me with an eta on the fix, which was fine things can happen. I left the store and came back after 25-30 minutes as I had not received any calls and wanted to check if I needed to pick it up another day. I waited in line again and found out the machine had already been fixed and my photo was printed. Issues happen which is fine, but dont tell people you will do something you are not going to do. I mentioned to the lady at the front desk when she said she would give me a call that I had a prior arrangement so it was important to let me know of an eta when possible.

   Told we'd need to wait 40 minutes for our photos to be processed as a big job had just started being processed before us. Waited 40 minutes with a tired toddler and newborn only to be told we'd need to come back that evening. The large job was not going to be finished until then. Why tell us 40 minutes if it was going to be longer? We live in South Auckland so not practical to go back. Then took ages to refund our money. Long queues too.
