They advertise it loudly, but when you actually ask them to honour it, the whole thing falls apart. It feels like they’ll look for any excuse to avoid matching a competitor’s price. I went in expecting a simple, straightforward process. Instead, I got a list of excuses that made absolutely no sense. Suddenly the competitor wasn’t “valid,” the product was “different,” or their system magically couldn’t verify the price. It’s frustrating and honestly feels deceptive. If you’re going to promote a price promise, then actually stand by it. Noel Leeming Ormiston clearly doesn’t. The whole experience was a waste of time, and the attitude from staff didn’t help either. Would not recommend relying on their price match policy—it’s misleading and practically useless.

I bought a coffee machine from the Botany Noel Leeming, and two days later realised I got the wrong model. It was still unopened, in perfect condition, and I had the receipt. Since I was near the Omiston store, I went there to get a refund. The lady at the front counter was super impatient and kept rolling her eyes. She just said, “No refund, go back to Botany,” and couldn’t give me any reason other than “company policy.” I asked for the manager, and he was just as rude, also repeating “company policy” without explaining anything. I know for a fact they can refund items purchased from other stores. I’ve returned things before from northshore and Sylvia stores with no problems at all. I don’t know what their issue was, but it really felt like they just didn’t care about customer and the staff there were deliberately wasting people’s time I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND SHOPPING THERE TO ANYONE

I ordered a Microwave online and for collection from store. When I arrived I asked one of the Customer Service Staff I was there for an online order pick-up, I was told to go to their “collection area dock 4” at the back of the Mall. I told the Customer Service Staff I do not know where the collection area is and I’m currently parked in level 2 carpark (Ormiston Mall). But he still refused to release my item anyway and gave me an attitude. So I asked the other cashier for a refund but I was told to call Customer Service instead. The Customer Agent I spoke to apologises and said the Staff should be aware pick-up can also happen in the store, considering I am parked away from their loading dock. Also, in the confirmation email sent to me there’s no instructions to where and how to collect the items sold ordered online. NOEL LEEMING ORMISTON PLEASE DO BETTER! You are wasting people’s time.

Just bought a TV and a phone from Noel Leeming, Ormiston Mall. I’m highly disappointed with the overall customer service. It’s surprising to see so many negative reviews online and yet no improvement in how the staff treat customers. One of the staff members, a lady named Raj, tried to upsell additional products during our purchase, which I completely understand is part of her job, but when we politely declined, her attitude changed, and she became visibly rude and dismissive. It left a really poor impression and almost made me want to cancel the purchase altogether. However, I want to give credit where it’s due … Zack and Vish were outstanding. Zack handled the sale professionally and patiently, and Vish, the manager, helped us resolve a minor issue when we came to collect our items. Both showed genuine customer care, which was refreshing amidst otherwise disappointing service. The two stars are solely for Zack and Vish — great work, both of you.

Very poor customer service from this place especially from a guy called Mark who sold me a sound bar and was certain that there was stock available he then said that royal oak branch had stock for me to pick up from there, when I arrive to the royal oak store I was told that there was no stock available and Mark shouldn't have gone through with the purchase order,big thanks to the team at royal oak for helping me resolve this issue and replace me with another sound bar and refund,I will not be buying anything from ormiston noel leeming again.

Purchased a TCL TV 5months ago, had an internal issue with the screen which we reported 3weeks ago. We were told on multiple Occassions that someone would be arriving to check the fault (no one turned up) we were also given the contact details of the third party (TCL) to follow up. Called TCL and the agent mentioned “Ormiston does not have the capacity/space to store your TV in order for us to fix your tv, you would need to call ormiston since the warranty the purchase was completed with the store”. Called ormiston was advised they would follow up under urgent priority- still waiting… Wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything else from here.

Came in to make a major purchase. As the guy who was helping us out we were interrupted by another customer who he immediately turned his attention to. The staff member didn't excuse him self or even attempt to come back to help us. Hence we left and spent our money elsewhere staff at this store need some serious customer service training.

I recently purchased a 85” samsung Tv from this store . After a week I had a green dot in the TV so I made a complain to their team and they sent out a technician and replaced the whole screen . I was not happy cause this was brand purchased not even been 3 month and I spoke to ormiston store and told them that I need a brand new TV cause seems like this TV has a manufacturing issues . The manager wish said that he will look into it and it’s been weeks now . And today there is no sound coming from this TV . It is very disappointing that I spent around like $10000 to get this TV and finally I get a manufacturer defected TV and ormiston store is not even picking their call . Please don’t buy from these people . Poor service .
