Poor, stupid staff, they don’t know what they are doing? I gone there for passport size photo and staff asking for size again and again and after i explained everything and then staff lady name ellie said to me goto fraser cove stationary which is not justified ……
Slow unhelpful service. Often long queues, best avoid.
Twice we have being there and the woman serving have no people skills. Just boarding on rude and no interest Inhelping customers. It's shocking.
Such slow service, the staff really haven't gotten the correct training

Unfortunately staff weren't very helpful, they were more interested in chatting about their weekend to each other. I understand that if the store is quiet, it's nice to chat, but when a customer is in need of their service, gossip can pause and begin again once they have been attended to ;-) Ended up leaving because the item we were searching for could not be found and the staff were not sure where it may be either... It's a small store so surely when it's quiet you'd get to know which isle items are located.
