The furniture is what I consider to be contemporary, great quality and very very nice. I wish this shop was my first stop as it would’ve saved me a lot of time.”

“Finally got to buy a California King, scoured the market and thought I’d pop in to the store to check out the ranges in person. I was offered a really great deal & felt very confident we picked the right bed. Had excellent service from Michael, he is a wealth of knowledge, awesome personality & made buying process so easy! Bed was ordered on a Saturday, custom made in Auckland & delivered to us within 14 days. Bonus to it all, we have had the BEST sleep ever since the new bed arrived! Highly recommend Bedpost Napier!”

“This one worker her name was Jade, I always see her there and she is the best worker I've ever seen. She once helped me out of a locked changing room, helped a little kid after they tripped, got something for this old lady off a tall shelf, hyped up this girl in some shoes she wanted to buy, and even helped this guy pick out a nice scarf for his wife. Once I accidentally was short five dollars and she payed the rest. This girl is amazing and deserves so much more than she is paid. Praise this woman she is beautiful on the inside aswell as the outside.”

They also came and removed the old one and replaced it with the new one! I won't go anywhere else for appliances again, these guys are a 10/10 for customer service.”

The manager went above and beyond – offering the kind of genuine, old-fashioned service that’s so rare these days. It was such a refreshing change! “As property managers we rely on good trades people and Josiah and his team are one of our best. Very reliable and easy to deal. They can sort out pretty much anything from replacing a washer or a tap, installing new hot water cylinder to full on bathroom renovation. But Josiah is also very good at sorting out other 'handyman' jobs like replacing door handles, repairing and painting a ceiling or putting up a partition wall. Nothing seems to be too big a job but they are equally as good at attending to the little stuff. We are very happy with Jayfix ongoing services for our business.”
