Got photos printed at the kiosk, definitely use the WiFi upload instead of USB. And the girl at the counter was very nice and attentive, she even gave me a plastic bag for my photos because it had started raining outside
Says they are open from 8am. I ubered to get there to get urgent printing done especially to be told 9am open. Your a big enough company to afford to change your hours online.
The worst experience ever I had. The staff name is Dana. I was waiting at the main counter she was just using her phone and after it she came to main counter and stared at me. I asked that I need passport size photos and she just grabbed a camera and walked towards the area where they take photos but didn’t tell me that come to that area.. she just walked there and stared at me again. I went towards that area and asked were you waiting for me. She said yes I said you supposed to tell me that I need to come here, am just waiting at main counter.. she just ignored and didn’t reply anything. She was just looking like she has to do some work and that’s customer problem. Totally unprofessional and rude behaviour. First time faced that kind of service/ behaviour in the warehouse group.
Got a standing banner printed, mounting failed within 2 hours. Sent it back to get it fixed, as it ripped up the banner when the mounting failed. They reprinted the banner, but this time they did not print to the edges, so it looks way worse this time. And it's for a very large event ongoing at this time Tried to call them 4 times, absolutely no answer. Waiting on the line for 3 to 5mins at a time with nobody picking up. Considering the banner mounting cost hundreds of dollars, absolutely poor service - do not recommend.
Copy centre staff don’t know how to use the equipment. Can’t cut a ream because “there’s no one here today who knows how to do that”. Last time it was “I don’t know how to make the printer print in booklet form”.
Update your online store hours if you are closing early, I drove all the way here from taita to find this sign. Not good enough.
Kia ora team, I just want to give a huge shout out to the lovely retail assistant managing the Wearhouse Stationary counter. I've been twice to this store and both times each team member not only has great service, but is very knowledgeable with printing. Printing is a very technical job and with my crazy design each sales assistant instantly knows how to execute the printing. The sale assistant that served me was a female sales assistant that clearly knew what she was doing as well as communicated the waiting time, as there were customers lining up. At this point, I didn't mind waiting or coming back the next day so I left and came back within the hour and they were done! :) The printing was done so well I returned within the next hour and half to get more done. Again, the lovely sales assistant was quick and done this with out a fuss, customer service makes a huge difference but also customers being patient just makes life easier. Well done to her :)
My experience was today was horrible. I only asked why my print didn’t work, two guys don’t know and the lady who knows was grumpy. She put her face closer to your face, I guess she is telling you, she is tired. Petone not a good place to go. One thing, this lady in Petone was happy chatting to a new customer, I was thinking will she entertain only if she likes the faces? But Stationary Lower Hutt, they are very helpful, fast and clever. It’s the best place for printing.

An example of excellent customer retention, the value of good people, and a drive to "make things right". Oliver (assistant manager, Petoni) won me over after my absolutely terrible service at the Lower Hutt branch - almost forcing me to demand refunds for a Tawa desk I bought with a woman whom I struggled to communicate with and appeared to have the decision-making capability of a deer stuck in the headlights of an oncoming car, and identified as a manager named "Kalkatana". In frustration, I called their 0800 number and after me misidentifying the branch in my fluster (I am new to Wellington), was put in contact with Oliver Munn from Petoni (only a few weeks on the job) and their management team sorted out everything. He even delivered the desk to me. He was apologetic, courteous and has retained me as a "Warehouse Stationery" customer with his quick thinking and decisive action. I will be buying more from Petoni branch, never again from Lower Hutt until changes are made. Thanks, Oliver - and I assume the branch manager had some part in this too! Thanks!
