   Week day.Staff have no personality. Not trained. At least 3 staff behind counter chatting. I wanted to buy shoes. They aren't interested. Try reduce staff and pay to either train them or pay them more because they aren't interested in selling at the moment so sales aren't what you probably expect. I could probably double your sales in a day and that is just by greeting and being attentive.

   Every time I have gone into this store I have never had a greet or an approach. What is the point of hiring staff when they don’t do their job. They stand behind the counter and do nothing but put sales through. You have to literally approach them to get some sort of service. I would’ve gladly bought something if there was some sort of customer urgency. What’s worse is they’re always quiet so I really do not understand why!!
