Very bad experience. I had a faulty product, and they refused to replace it or even have an expert inspect it. The way I was treated was very insulting. The guy in the grey T-shirt seriously needs to learn basic customer service. I will never buy anything from them again.

Noel Leeming Manukau – Price Match Policy Is a Joke Noel Leeming Manukau loves to promote their “price promise,” but in reality it’s nothing more than marketing fluff. The moment you actually try to get a price match, the staff suddenly turn into rule book lawyers, digging for any excuse to avoid honouring it. I asked for a simple price match with a well-known competitor, and instead of helping, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. Suddenly the item was “different,” the other store “didn’t count,” or the price was “too low to match.” Every excuse under the sun except actually standing behind their own policy. What’s the point of advertising a price promise if you refuse to honour it when it actually matters? It’s misleading, frustrating, and honestly feels like a deliberate tactic to lure customers in without delivering. Terrible experience, terrible attitude, and a completely useless price match policy. I won’t be relying on Noel Leeming Manukau for anything again.

Staff I met has laid-back attitude, he would rather have casual chat with his colleague than help me find the item I needed. The cashier in red T-shirt was rude to me as well. I had a really bad experience here, will never come back.

We recently purchased a new fridge and an LG vacuum cleaner from Noel Leeming, spending over $2,000 in one day. Initially, we planned to buy a Dyson vacuum, but the customer service person strongly recommended the LG vacuum. Since we have a new baby and hygiene is very important for us, we trusted the advice and purchased the LG vacuum for around $600. Unfortunately, within just one week the vacuum broke down. We went back to the store and were very disappointed with the response. Instead of replacing the faulty vacuum, we were told it would be sent to the company for repair. It has now been more than a month, and we have not received any update or resolution. We are extremely unhappy with this experience. After spending so much money, we expected better service and support. Struggling without a working vacuum has been very difficult for us, especially with a new baby at home. We hope Noel Leeming can take our concern seriously and provide a quick and fair solution.

Good luck if you need something repaired under warranty. Two weeks and two phone calls and no progress made. Took them a week to send it to repairers only to find they sent it to the wrong place. Super rude staff who made out I was an inconvenience to jer day.

Went into this store looking for a laptop for studies, I was approached by one of the workers who walk around electricals assisting customers. He asked me if I needed help. I said yes im looling for a laptop for studying, could you recommend any in particular and he points to an area, tells me to choose and walks away. Honestly, shouldve been a security gaurd stand there and look the part for nothing.

The service was good at the beginning, quite attentive but I wasn't sure if it was just because they were judging my appearance. I tried to buy a phone from here (one that was on display) and the worker told me they didn't have it in stock which is fine by me. I then asked if I'd be able to purchase the phone beside it which was obviously different, to which he proceeded to tell me that it was also 'sold out'. Why have your phones on display if you apparently don't have them in stock? Correct your labels or at least have the decency to write a short note beside the phone saying 'out of stock'. Otherwise I'm just going to assume this is discrimination and your employee just didn't want to sell me the phone because of the unrelated judgements he must have for me. Thanks.
