    Staff are not helpful and seem miserable, If inflation has effected anything heavily it’s this place, used to be 25c to print an A4 in black and white, tried charging me $1.25 as there’s now an admin processing fee? So 400% cost increase for you to the same job? They said you can print it yourself at the kiosk, didn’t explain a thing and was damn rude however minimum charge / print is $2, so I paid $2 to print something myself. It’s not the money that bothers me it’s the audacity to try get people to self serve when it’s a simple service itself and yet alone charge you more to do it lol.

    I'm actually done with this place. First encounter a year ago I was treated like an idiot when I was getting some certificates printed that I had designed. Their printing software screwed up some (not all) of the prints which made no sense as it was all the same file. The older woman dealing with me was not interested in my trying to explain that it shouldn't happen... she knew everything. And just today, after ringing last week to assure them I was picking up some photos this week (that were over the 30 day mark), I get there to be told they were thrown out. The older woman (again) claimed I was supposed to pick them up on the 15th. That was the date when I called - the younger girl either didn't leave a proper note or the older woman just didn't give a toss. She said in the terms and conditions which is fine but where's the common decency of waiting the week as discussed. Rude and unnecessary. Usually I'm polite and respectful but don't waste your manners here.

    I was a bit apprehensive to visit this shop bc of some of the neg reviews but went and everyone was lovely. Sarah did my NZ Visa photo and took several shots to make sure it was just right. I was flinchy and kept smiling and she was totally cool about it. Went ahead and got physical prints in addition to the digital copy since it was the same price either way. Wondered around and shopped while I waited for them to print, then Alana did my checkout and she was super friendly. Overall great experience and highly recommend, especially for Visa and Passport photos.

    Visited WS today in Cameron road. Had some scanning to be done. Staff friendly and professional. Good prices. Been here a few times for printing etc, and always good service.

    I went to get photos printed and was absolutely disgusted with how i was treated by the staff member Muriel. Quite frankly she needs to be fired. She spoke to me in the most condescending rudest way for no reason. I ended up walking out with tears in my eyes. I will be going somewhere else from now on

    Nice clean store with friendly staff and a large variety of goods on offer. Passport photos and normal photo printing is available. This place also sells NZ Coffee beans which is pretty cool! Photo printing can take a while sometimes.

    It's a great store. The staff are lovely and super helpful. The only downside is that there's construction happening outside at the moment, the parking is around the block. The range of products available is amazing, prices are fine, could be lower tho. Whether you're after stationery, office supplies, or tech gadgets, you'll find it all here. it's worth checking out despite the construction

    Massive selection of office products and stationery- printers, printer ink, computer stations, specialty paper, crafty items, paint, glue, computers, laptops and bags. I used the self serve printer options so make sure you grab a warehouse stationery card and load credit onto it so you can use the self serve printers. Really helpful staff to assist you if you can't understand the printers. Also have self serve photo printing stations for those Christmas pics you don't want to forget about. Very close to The Warehouse and central Tauranga for cafes, The ASB bank and Pak n Save to knock off other jobs at the same time
