“Had a great experience shopping at Witchery Sylvia Park with the assistance of Dana. She was really helpful and patient, despite being on her own in the store and having to juggle a few customers. She also offered to grab the items that I wanted that were in off-site storage (within Sylvia Park but away from the store) during her dinner break as she was manning the store alone, which cut short her personal break. Dana truly went way above and beyond, providing exceptional customer service.”

“I had a wonderful experience today in David Jones (women’s wear) Newmarket. BIG shout out to Kate who was a delight! - Genuine, honest, so polite and professional. We had a good chat about choosing the right colours to wear. Gave me a few tips on how to find out, instead of telling me what I wanted to hear. Made me sad that I was the only customer who had been nice to her all day. Come on people! Be kind! Would you like someone being unkind to a member of your family? Think about it. These lady’s (and gentlemen) work incredibly hard. The store is immaculate, the changing rooms are spotless and the best lighting I have ever experienced. Thank you also to the lady (didn’t get her name) who gave me a refund on an item. It was a seamless procedure. I Ended up purchasing another item in the end!! David Jones is probably my new favourite store. Can’t wait to shop there again.”

“Friendly staff, great clothing, and well set out store. Quite expensive in NZ compared to other COS stores overseas but I guess stock has further to travel. Shopped at New Market a few times, most recently Aria helped me and was excellent, really helpful with sizes. I would recommend this store and clothes - good quality on both accounts. Thank you”

“I don’t know his name but the store assistant working in the Queen Street location was my life saver today. He noticed as soon as I entered the store the heavy textbooks I was carrying and straight away offered me a bag to put them in, he has a hilarious humor too!! He was so helpful with finding the right shoe size for me, I went into Hype to buy a new pair of shoes as the boots I was wearing were giving me real bad blisters. He was so patient with me and super understanding. He’s a real superstar! I hope he gets promoted to a higher position, he deserves it!! More than customer service, he is genuinely just a sweet human being :) Thank you to him!!”

“I came into your store today with a voucher my son had received through doing some work for SAS. The voucher did not work online so I decided to try my luck in-store with the voucher. I explained the situation to the lady who was working. Right off the bat she was amazing and accommodating. She was also the only worker on and she had other customers in the store who she also needed to tend to but she quickly assured me that this would not be an issue and she would sort this out for me and was super helpful from start to end. I didn’t manage to get her name but she was absolutely lovely. Thank you for your amazing customer service I will definitely be back again. :)”

“Customer service has really been below average in most places, but not Kookai Sylvia Park. Genuinely the team were exceptional and it’s been a month since I visited (12th October) and I had to leave a review because I’m so impressed. I was greeted when I walked in, they gave me a hand finding styles and sizes, when I was in the fitting rooms they were so helpful with recommendations. They weren’t overly pushy and still gave me space as a shopper. 10/10”

“I've found my experience to be nothing short of exemplary from KW Ponsonby. Not only are their staff incredibly helpful and kind, their service is second to none. I had a very old heirloom from KW jewellery that frankly I was nervous even to ask about enquiring to have repaired (damage to it was entirely my fault and nothing to do with the craftsmanship). Not only was I treated exactly the same way as someone looking to make a new purchase with the same level of follow through and importance, but the price point for the repair was less than half of what I'd been quoted to have it repaired by two other jewelers. Would highly recommend and will absolutely keep purchasing through them. Thanks guys xx”
