    Went in today and did a semi complex return today with the two loveliest chicks today! I didn’t make it easy at all and it was a little but cheecky but they were amazing, quick and lovely ❤️ it was around 12:45 and one of the cashiers was on my receipt (Parys) but didn’t get the other girls name but they were both so lovely ❤️

    Felt very unwelcome as staff were chatting at the counter and didn’t acknowledge anyone. I asked for an item in another size and she didn’t bother to look for it and said we don’t have the item just because she wanted to get back to talking to her colleague. Horrible experience.

    Not even one star for this store! Don't recomnend shopping at Cotton On Queensgate for your teen or friends birthday! Tried to swap gift and told very rudely that I need proof of purchase! Did I just steal it ? Had tags so not worn at all! Hence am left with small clothing that my daughter can't wear. I understand policies but not rudeness from dome one 1/3 of my age !
