   I came in today through the blizzard n thunder and I had a click/collect- item was damaged until Nick made some calls n arranged for a new item I feared I may get the experience so he covered the refund options and the best part was after Nick tended to some other customers Nathan and Clint were wonderful in making sure this was an easy exchange. I felt valued and as the bagged my item I felt a sense of pride walking around the mall with a Sterling Sports bag. The best experience I’ve ever had at a mall and I’ve shopping here since the 90’s. Thanks guys

   Terrible service. We went in to buy some shoes but staff did not acknowledge us, were talking amongst themselves and did not engage with any customers. Lost an easy sale, sorry guys.

   Staff weren't very helpful in store and not knowledgeable on questions asked. Didn't even offer advice or alternative options when my size was unavailable. Manager/owner was the worst, grumpy and unbothered when queried. Makes me wonder why he is in retail with such a poor attitude, no surprise with the other low reviews. If you're looking for a good shopping experience and service, I suggest you take your money elsewhere.

   I give 2 stars because The online service is much better than store service! I went to the local store earlier and the customer service wasn’t very nice, I asked them for a smaller size in a particular style shoes and the staffs there made me feeling unwelcome and I wasn’t even deserving to be serviced by them. After I decided to purchase online and very nice customer service by email communication. Sighhhh. I wonder how strictly their staff training process is!!!

   Nice staff, adequate customer service. Has a lot of discount but the options are not too many. Only a few of each brand are one sales. Prices seems to be better than other shops in Auckland. If you’re looking for a reasonable football shoe, this is the place you should try.
