Is the Lower Hutt store closed now ? Because the Google still shows it’s open however there is no store in mall now
some seriously awful, unprofessional customer service, wanted to leave as soon as I came in. staff ignore all customers and chat between themselves and scroll on phones at the till, staff were trying on shoes and messing around and I actually thought they were customers. I love this brand and this was incredibly disappointing :(
Absolutely amazing service from the happy bubbly lady with pink hair. She went over and above for every customer in store. It is so nice to see great customer service
