   What a terrible purchase experience, ordered online waited and waited no garments arrived and no communication , money had been taken quickly, phoned got someone on phone who was incompetent , said someone would phone me back no one did , then made a trip from South Auckland to Avondale, they all ran around manically only to be told item out of stock... what a joke , they didn't care at all ,as they are a monopoly and knew i couldn't get uniform from anywhere else ....very very poor

   Ordered my son's school shirts online on 27 Dec 2023. Have emailed asking when likely to be sent, had no reply. Called the store, got told that due to closing for Christmas break they are back logged, but will do their best to get the shirts sent out before school starts. We are now going into the 3rd week of school and still don't have the shirts. No follow up email, no follow up phone call, no nothing. I will never buy from these guys again.

   Would have to be the worst service I have ever experienced! Ordered and paid for product online which never turned up so contacted customer service only to be told they did not have in stock and told me to sort it out with one of the stores. It’s been another 2 weeks and still no outcome! Beware people

   My sons tournament was on the 2nd Dec 2023, its now the 9th Jan 2024 and we are yet to have a response to where the additional gear I ordered is. Beyond frustrated I have emailed 5 times now asking to either advise when we are getting additional gear or just issue refund and still no reply. At what point does NZTFI start to use their brains and use another supplier as every year we have these issues with SAS.
