   Henderson High apparently moved suppliers to have better stock on hand for families. However, when I went to order my son some new school shorts this morning, they only have ONE pair in his size. It's Winter, so no major demand for shorts and it's not the start of a new school year. The Uniform Shoppe have been the supplier of Henderson High uniform since the 1st August 2024 and stock issues are still a problem for families.

   How this store is still in business is beyond me! If I could rate 0 stars I would because the one star is a reach… The store is a mess, staff is incompetent and there is no clear communication as to when items will be back in stock! We have had to revisit the store multiple times when we were told our order was ready something was always missing. We have been waiting weeks for shorts and a jumper. I mean if you can not do the job give the contract to someone who can! This company could learn a lot from the uniform shop in New Lynn.

   disorganised slow staff they did not know where any stock was and would disappear looking for your item for ages, I will buying 1 tie and it took 40 mins. plus my online order never arrived for a rain jacket, when I called to follow up they said sorry they have missed it.

   They often run out of sizes then cant give a time as to when they will have more. I was just told on the phone 4 weeks to 3 months. When I paid for the pants they said a week. That was 3 weeks ago. Make sure you get in very early or you will be left without a uniform and no answers from the shop as to when they will get more. They also don't answer their phone very often so get your uniform at least a month prior to the school rush

   Hate to give a bad review, but hoping the owners will read this and make some much needed changes. This is my 5th year ordering through this branch and every time the experience is the same. They’ve never once had the size we need in stock for the beginning of the year, so we’ve always had to order our items in. Even though we order and pay with plenty of time to spare, we always end up waiting weeks - sometimes months - for the order to arrive and it's never ready in time for the start of the school year. I usually have to chase them up but can only speak to the young teens they employ - who are all lovely and apologetic, so I don’t blame them. It seems the store’s processes are an absolute shambles. They have the monopoly as they’re the exclusive supplier to our school, so I guess there’s zero incentive to improve. So frustrating.

   Great service, I note that either the phone number is incorrect or staff ignore the ringing phone, something I witnessed when I was physically there, as I wanted to ring to ask a simple question.

   I purchased a top, they sent me the wrong size then told me I had to make the 30 minute drive to exchange it. I said no not my fault why should I waste my gas, they then said we can post the correct size to which I said fine as long as they refund me the amount for the postage, they agreed. I have since made multiple phone calls trying to get my refund to no avail, every time I call the manager is “not Available“ and no one else can help. I have left messages with everyone I have spoken to and still no bloody refund. It’s bad enough iv literally spent $100 on a plain white school blouse which YOU sent out in the wrong size because YOU can’t read ! And now I’m having to chase you for my refund which you agreed to months ago! Someone better sort my refund ASAP ! You have my number !

   I came into your store today with a voucher my son had received through doing some work for SAS. The voucher did not work online so I decided to try my luck in-store with the voucher. I explained the situation to the lady who was working. Right off the bat she was amazing and accommodating. She was also the only worker on and she had other customers in the store who she also needed to tend to but she quickly assured me that this would not be an issue and she would sort this out for me and was super helpful from start to end. I didn’t manage to get her name but she was absolutely lovely. Thank you for your amazing customer service I will definitely be back again. :)
