   My sister and I visited Seed today around 5pm and were warmly greeted. One staff member in particular, Kim (I think? That’s what our receipts say) (blonde hair), was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was outstanding. She helped us try on many items, quickly found requested sizes, gave us second opinions, and always checked for other size options when needed. She never rushed us and encouraged us to take our time, which made the experience so enjoyable. We both left extremely happy with our purchases and will definitely return when we’re next visiting Wellington.

   My cousin was racially profiled by staff at the Seed Heritage Lambton Quay store in Wellington. She was followed around, wrongly accused, and made to feel completely unwelcome all because of the colour of her skin. Despite raising this both privately and publicly, Seed Heritage has not offered any apology for what happened. Instead, they’ve focused on protecting their image asking us to remove our review and even taking it down themselves. At no point have they taken responsibility or shown genuine care for the harm caused. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Sweeping it under the rug and trying to silence us doesn’t make the issue go away it just shows a lack of accountability. Discrimination has no place in 2025, especially in a retail environment. We won’t stay silent just because it makes them uncomfortable. We’re still waiting for a real apology and real accountability.

   I bought an expensive pair of shoes which wearing just for 4 hours started to bruise my feet but the store manager refused to exchange it because it’s by design. Clearly the design is very faulty. Shoes are absolutely not worth the money. Highly disappointed.

   Beautiful store full of beautiful clothing. Clean, tidy and well laid out with spacious fitting rooms. I was served by Isla. She was welcoming, friendly, helpful and great at multi-tasking, dealing with multiple customers when I was in store. Made for a pleasant shopping experience.

   Very disappointed with the quality of their products, ESPECIALLY the service received from the store manager Madison who misled customer with their return policy. Refused to refund for a pair of shoes which have broken after 3 days of wearing. Madison...you have failed to deliver a customer service completely! I am still waiting for your area manager to call...
