   You’ve got a real gem in your team! Elizabeth at Dressmart Hornby was absolutely incredible. The store suddenly got really busy, and she managed it all like a one-woman army — serving everyone with a smile, staying on point, and handling it like a pro. She worked with such confidence and grace, it honestly felt like watching a queen who knows exactly what she’s doing. Hands down the best salesperson I met while shopping today. She truly deserves recognition (and a pay rise!). Don’t loose her.

   Visited the store at 4:55pm today (24 July), just before closing, as I urgently needed shoes for work tomorrow. I was quick and respectful, took just 2 extra minutes to try on and bring the shoes to the counter. The lady at the counter — blonde hair, probably in her 30s — was extremely rude for no reason. Her attitude was completely uncalled for. Because of her behaviour, I chose not to buy anything at all. She even made a disrespectful comment, which made the whole situation worse. If you’re the owner, I wish you luck running a business with this kind of customer service. On the other hand, the younger girl working there was actually very polite and kind to us — which I really appreciated. Based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting this store. It was disappointing and upsetting.

   The attitude of the girl cashier with golden hair was really terrible on 2 June. I’ve never had this experience before. The other staff members were all very nice and helpful. Love the new shores though.

   Friendly and engaging staff! Was served by Jenny, who was exceptional. She was super helpful and interacted with us really well, she was not pushy nor standoffish. When we walked out of the store, my partner and I both said, what a lovely young lady she was. Highly recommended. We didn’t interact with the young male staff member in the store as he was tending to other customers, but he acknowledged us in a friendly manner. Great customer service!

   Bought pr of shoes for my wife and myself - Sunday 23rd June, Young Uni student (i think named Fin?) was absolutely impressive, with great attitude, "Can do" approach and lovely sales manner. We noticed this same attitude to all the customers he was greeting....well done

   Awful assistant "Kristen", rude and shoes were marked so she said I'll clean it as we are an outlet store not perfect shoes here! If I wanted second hand washed shoes I'd go to an op shop!! I was about to walk out the door, However a lovely lass called "Greer" was adorable and saved the sale and even showed me the great socks deal so bought those too :-) now this lass is an asset to your team "Kristen" is in bad need of customer service training!!!!

   Went there today and the customer service was excellent. I must have tried on every pair of 9 and 9 and a half slip on black walking shoes. The young woman serving me was so helpful and nothing was too much for her. Both staff members very really friendly and helpful.

   Encountered a very rude staff today, I don't know her name but she the short one. I asked for some help and she fired at me in a rude manner saying she's helping someone else. Another staff member saw this and quickly approached me to help. They didn't have the shoes I was after but she helped me find an alternative, I Really liked her approach and customer service and decided to buy the shoes. It's very important to have great manners towards your customers. If you were busy with someone else you could have just politely said I'm sorry I'm helping another customer and could have called one of the other ladies to lend a hand. I'm very disappointed at her approach but I guess the other staff ladies made up for her. At the end of the day I'd recommend going to this shop, they have very good shoes.
