Very disappointing customer service experience Because the Newmarket store did not have full stock, their staff actively suggested that I go to the City store to exchange the item and even checked the inventory for me, confirming that the City store had stock available. Based on this information, I paid for parking and made the trip to the City store. However, once I arrived, the City store staff refused to process the exchange, insisting that sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded, and told me to go back to the Newmarket store instead. This was not my mistake. The issue was clearly caused by inconsistent information and poor communication between stores, yet the inconvenience and time cost were pushed onto the customer. To make matters worse, the staff attitude at the City store was unhelpful and unfriendly, with no effort made to explain the situation properly or offer a solution. As customers, we should not be expected to deal with your internal policies or store management issues. I hope the company will improve staff training and ensure consistent service standards across all locations. Very disappointing experience.

After waiting for the male staff member to finish his conversation with his friend (both turned around and saw me waiting but continued their conversation) swapping a blazer here that I received for christmas for a smaller size was apparently a very unreasonable and difficult request! Tags on, had receipt but because there was no gift exchange receipt it wasn't possible to do. Why they didn't provide one when the person purchasing was clear it was a gift is beyond me. Eventually they made me pay $12.50 to swap sizes as the original blazer was discounted 5% due to the security tag being put in the wrong place. Apparently this discount made it invalid for gift returns even though the purchaser was clear it was for a christmas present and may need to be exchanged. Why would you offer a discount on a slight fault if it invalidates your own return policy? Ridiculous. This is the second time I've been here and the service has been the same every time - non existent.

Worst customer service ever! Security tag was left on the clothing but the manager refuse to take it off because I did not have the receipt. It is apparently their policy. The security doors don’t work hence the tag was left on the clothes without realising. He claimed that a lot of items have the same price so payment transaction does not prove I bought the dress.
