   I stopped by the shop recently, and I have to say, new manager Maria was awesome. Super friendly and really knew their stuff. She helped me pick out the perfect pair of shoes and made sure I was totally happy with my choice. Great vibes and solid service. Definitely going back!

   Unbelievably rude and discriminatory staff. I came here to buy shoes for work. I came in casual clothing and the woman looked at me up and down and scoffed! She walked away and simply ignored me and sat on the couch by the window. Unprofessional and immature service. No-one deserves to be treated like that, regardless of appearance. Will not support this store.

   I’ve been to this store multiple times and also bought shoes here before, previous experience was great. Today I experienced the worst customer service! Went in just after 5pm, absolutely no one in store, not even a salesperson, finally a lady show up, I asked if the shoes comes in my size and the lady stand at almost across the other side of store and casual said “no”, “non of your size “, “they don’t come in your size”, ??? Then I went to other areas of store and ask for my size, “no” was first response, then lady finally said she will check and bought out a pair in my size, then told me to just slip on… (it’s not slip on shoes!), not helpful at all. Anyway, 2 other ladies walked in and was smiley greeted…

   Really happy with my recent purchase from Wittner. The store manager at commercial bay helped me with selecting a sandal through the online store. I was super happy with the quality and the shipment seemed really organized despite being over the holiday period.

   I really love the quality of wittner shoes, theyre so comfortable. Unfortunately when I came to store today at my working break plan to buy working shoes the staff lady was not helpful & feels so awkward when serving me, idk why somehow she seems judging me by looking at me from head to toe (this really not comfortable) since I wore my work uniform. I came here many times and I love the guy staff more. He is so friendly and helpful, no judging at all. So i just decide to left the store & just will buy it online. So unfortunate for this store which lovely & such a good brand with quality but have one bad staff who affect the rest of good things.

   I just want to say the shoes here are absolutely so comfortable . If you want simple yet modern design but prioritise get your feet comfortable. This brand is for you . The lady at the shop today was helping me heaps . My feet was cut by new Birkenhead, and when I try the shoes the heels and flats are so comfortable so ended up got 3 pairs and I believe they will last me for quite a while !

   I've been to this store twice and the staff were really helpful. I had to try a few pairs of shoes to choose the pair the fit me well. I visited the store second time on 28 June, Monday morning, the size that fit me was not in stock and one of the staff there helped me to check with Wellington store and then he ordered the pair to Auckland for me. I did really appreciate the help. Wish that I could remember his name to say thanks.

   I am very happy with a pair of boots I got from here once, very nice quality, so I decided to visit here again and I quite like another pair of shoes, however they don't have my size. The girl checked their system and told me their Wellington branch has my size and offered to contact them for delivery. It was about their closing time so she promised me I'd be contacted the next day about the outcome. I waited until 30min before their closing time, no phone call! So I went in person to check and the girl (a different one ) promised me again that I'd be contacted same day or next day. Again, up until now which is 2 days gone, no phone call!! Their customer service is appalling. No matter how good their shoes are, they've lost me as a returning customer.
