   Absolutely unacceptable customer service! I’ve followed up multiple times to return my order which bought from their website because the size was wrong , and they have completely ignored me. I have followed up for more than 5 times!! It’s a joke that a company can treat their customers like this after taking their money. Zero response, zero accountability, and zero care for customer satisfaction. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and money!

   So very disappointed in the service today. My mum, my friend and I visited at 01:45 pm on the 20th of October to feel very not welcomed by the staff. There were three staff in there, the one that had helped us was so amazing and did her best to find the shoes my mum wanted. Unfortunately the other two were not helpful at all and very judgmental. One with brown hair and one with blonde hair, did not even say hi to us and just watched us the whole time with their arms folded and one leaning on the counter we were in the store. Very not happy with this and hope they can improve their customer service.

   Why do employees watch me like a hawk? Being Māori we are used to being racially profiled in every single store we walk into but when your employees are making it blatantly obvious they are watching us it literally makes us feel less human. I watched a young pakeha girl move around watching my partner, also Māori, today, and eventually noticed her out of the corner of my own eye pretending to have a conversation with someone but moving in circles around that person so she could have a perfect view of me wherever I went. . Not once did she approach my partner or I to say hey need a hand, nothing. And that’s her job right? As a customer service retail rep? Not to watch potential customers but to help them, convince them into buying things from/supporting your store and company? I don’t know if their managers tell them to target Māori people or if it’s in their policies and procedures to follow us around but I hope someone important enough sees this and takes action- y’all really need to be more mindful of how you go about watching customers, on that note- be more mindful of black people of any colour who walk into your store and make us feel welcome even if it means putting in that extra effort. Cause yep- we all notice the discrimination - this is a worldwide issue in every country and racial profiling needs to stop. I’ve shopped from Stirling for about ten years now and it’s always been an issue. I’ve only ever felt welcome there when my friend Holly worked there and she just left not long ago- no wonder this happened to me and my partner. I wouldn’t have put this review here however my younger sisters are now at an age where they can start shopping for themselves and how can we let these things continue to affect our babies? Hell no. Spread awareness. Racial profiling against Māori needs to stop!✅
