    The guy working was very rude. I asked if they had the tshirt I wanted in Khaki. He then goes to the back, grabs one that's still packaged, and scans it at the counter so i can pay for it. He didn't even ask me to make sure if thats what i even wanted. I then say 'can i try it on so that i can confirm sizing' and he grunts, says nothing at all and whips the changing doors open. I felt so unwelcomed and wished i hadn't stepped in at all. Will not be coming back.

    Very bad customer service. I haven't been to this store before. Loved the All Out store that was in St Lukes Westfield until it closed. Staff were always helpful. This store was a downgrade. Guy was rude, didnt say hi. I asked about a specific t-shirt stating the pink colour and in 2XL. He then said what colour and size and I said again, pink 2XL. Are you for real? Did you not hear me the first time. Should be zero stars. Won't be going there again. Brush up on your customer service skills or find you a new job. Never going there again.

    Upon redeeming a couple of $50 gift vouchers, the cashier expressed that the system showed that one of them had been "used". Staff did not provide me with other alternatives as to why my card was showing invalid. I had to demand further investigation and time to speak with the manager/owner. In addition, I presented my receipt and staff used this AGAINST me. Claiming the receipt confirmed that I was not sold a dud and further indicated funds had been "used". This staff member had already made up his mind that I had used the gift card. I base this on his demeanour and lack of professionalism. Snarky remarks such as, "I'm not saying you spent it. But, the system does not lie". His lack of empathy aggravated me. Firstly, I drove 54km to be insulted. Secondly, my nephew was excited about the tops he had chosen. Lastly, I was confident their system was flawed! However, after so much pleading, he rescanned my card. This time, the system revealed that my giftcard was valid. The cashier found this new development amusing - making statements that contradicted everything he had based his decisions on earlier. From, "our system does not lie", to "mistakes happen ma'am, you saw what popped up when I swiped your card". In general, human and technical errors are inevitable. However, this staff member's judgement was clouded by his personal bias. I recommend using CASH or EFTPOS upon purchase to avoid both disappointment and discrimination.
