“The staff here are amazing! Went in yesterday, it was intensely busy and they were handling it like the pro's they are. I hope you all get paid well for your work because damn, you were good. Customers get so agitated when it's that busy, they want to get served straight away & patience is not their strong points but you all were juggling it all with such grace. Particularly one staff member, absolutely superhuman, you can tell they've been working there a long time. I love my sketchers~ but I'm reviewing because you better take care of that team!”

“Melissa was perfect and made my experience really easy and enjoyable! I had been putting off a necessary bra shop for months and the time had come, so yesterday I headed in store and explained my situation and what I wanted to the amazing Melissa, and she helped guide me to finding new bras in the correct size and feel. She was a gem to help me so well, she gets all my 5 stars! BNT also have the only bras that my body will tolerate as most styles and fabrics irritate me, so when the time comes for new bras, I'll be back!”

“It’s an iconic brand with excellent selection of clothing for all both ladies and gentlemen. I found huge variety of hoodies and jackets with subtle and vibrant colours. The specials were great and I got a few items at a bargain. The try rooms are clean and tidy partially because they open the room when you want to try and keep cleaning it up. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Rather than just saying they don’t have stock of any specific items they actually first check it. Since it’s in a mall parking is available but it’s a mission to find one on a weekend. Good luck shopping.”

“Good place for women's clothing. Most of the time will have sales going on. Or at least 10% off full price garments at all times of u are a registered customer. I recently bought a kimono that was faulty, I had it for 4 weeks, only just noticed the faults. They were so kind going extra miles getting me a replacement as it was almost end of the line. They went to check in the storage and had to go to another store to pick one up for me so I will get it quicker than posting. For this level of customer service it's hard not to shop with them all the time!! Highly recommend.”

I received a full refund. Thanks to Ms Mahi and Mr Varni. Mahi took photo to show the manager who was contacted by phone. I so appreciate that I needn’t make another trip cos manager Mr Hardik was not working today. To Ms Mahi and Mr Varni I award 5/5 perfect score for both of them!
