“Wow wow wow! I cannot exaggerate the 5 star customer service. The attention each staff member gives you and the advanced knowledge each customer representative holds. Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance. Atmosphere is so friendly and inviting! Well done Noel Leeming keep up the amazing work. Thank you for the great experience”

“We just bought a mattress with the help of Joseph - he was so patient showing us around! He’s so nice and kind but never pushy. Even when we told him we wanted to check out other stores after taking at least half an hour of his time - he was still so nice and professional. Eventually we came back and bought a mattress from him! We were so grateful for Joseph’s help and he brings such a good vibe - he made our shopping experience so much happier and easier! The customer support went out of her way to find one in the shop but none was available. So she phoned another shop (Glenfield) and had one reserved for me to pick up on the same day. My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

I went elsewhere to see if so....and lo and behold yes indeed it was an excellent deal considering. Plus the tablets had twice the rams and gigs than the other outlets... “I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly.
